Romans 1:3-6, - designated the Son of God in power according to the Spirit of holiness by the resurrection from the dead -- to bring about the obedience of faith (to cause men to obey Him by believing) for the sake of His name.

Romans 2:10 (this refers to good works) - yes but not as saving men and women. Why do men do these good works? Because having been saved by God's grace without works, and having believed (Eph 2.8-9), they are created in Christ Jesus (through new birth) UNTO good works which God has before ordained that they should walk in them (Eph 2.10).

Rom 3.24 - being accounted as righteous AS A FREE GIFT through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus.

Rom 5:8, But God commends His love towards us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us, since therefore we are now counted as righteous by His blood. much more will we be saved by Him from the wrath of God.

So you agree that the Gospel is that we are freely forgiven by faith in our Lord Jesus Christ and as a consequence accounted as righteous by faith without works? (No need for the church to intervene)

Yes I do! Why does it matter if I choose certain devotions that help me in my spiritual life? I seen through these threads that others have devotions to tv preachers and their local pastors.Why am I not aloud to have my devotions?

Since you see nothing wrong with Worshiping Mary mwc68, leads us to believe your story of accepting Salvation may be false.

We disagree on "worship"
 
I have a devotion to studying the Bible only mwc68.

I have a devotion to walking in the Light with God only mwc68.

I have a devotion to listening to the Holy Spirit only mwc68.

I have NO devotions to television preachers and local pastors mwc68.

I Worship God only and only God I serve mwc68 and I know for a fact from what you have written that you do not do the same thing. You always include Mary in your Worship and service.

Seriously, go to any Christian bookstore and you will find all kinds of devotional materials so don't give me that!! I'm gonna say it one more time. I DON'T WORSHIP MARY!!!!!!!
 
God knows you are Worshiping Mary mwc68. You may be able to deceive yourself and others that you are not Worshiping Mary but you cannot deceive me or God mwc68.
 
Its not a crusade against you mwc68. I'm trying to enlighten you to the fact that you have been deceived by the Catholic Church in placing your Soul in danger of Eternal Damnation.

Its interesting, i was out today and drove past a Catholic Church. At the front of the Catholic Church was a statue of Mary.

Guess what I saw? I saw a Catholic kneeling in front of the statue of Mary praying to the statue!

All I have learned from you, and the post above proves it, you really hate the Blessed Mary, me and about 1 billion of your brothers and sisters in Christ. What you have shown me is you don't know Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. For your sake, I pray He knows you!
