I'm sorry this seems off balance to me that cherry should be on top of the whip cream.....it's just all off....not symmetrical at all....what to do? What to do? Oh, just eat it already!!!

I know what u all mean about soda pops though. I looove Sprite! Like my best friend but replacing it with water! Water flushes out all kinds of junk praise the Lord.

I despise those very much. I get them about twice a week right when I waking up and stretching to get out of bed. They are not fun

It's also the high amounts of salt they use in the stuff too. (We started using some of the reduced sodium stuff and it takes a little getting use to. Like soy sauce,teriyaki sauce,potato chips and canned kidney beans. Once you get use to the lower sodium items and try to use the regular YUCK it's way too salty and that much salt is not good either)
after a month eating like that i had dropped from 118 to 108.
i was getting up at night for a carrot stick.
Mark was begging me to eat something....
after 3 months of a somewhat modified food plan, i tasted a Snickers,
and it was tooooo sweet. yucky! lol
you're right...it's what we are accustomed to.

You sound a lot like my oldest nephew. He's also a marine. (And he is part native American,Cherokee) Your picture reminds me of him.

Its kind of hard to. Especially being somebody like me. When I wake up one of my first places I go is the bathroom and that is downstairs. I already have a hard time as it is walking up and down stairs without falling. Doing that while having a Charley horse is like an accident waiting to happen.

potatoes! that was another verboten item on the healthy eating plan my girlfriends and i did.

That´s sad, according to my ways: Yesterday I timidly kissed Joy (almost 15) and I´ve been kissing Alex for her 8 years. When Joshua appeared in the afternoon he briefly greeted me by toching my hand and, it´s not too hard for me to admit I felt somewhat jealous when he hugged his mom and gave her a kiss on her cheek.
I used to kiss all my kids but, after divorce, when I left and fled somewhere else, that was one of the things I lost sight of (Josh often felt jealous I had several females friends, he thought I was engaged with).
I seldom kiss my mom, except I want her to change her grumpy mood (she doesn´t like it) and the rest of my siblings do kiss when meeting, except men with men, of course.
I will see how (and when) Alez change this we´ve got.

I actually love all three. Although I prefer eating bananas through a smoothie. I do love OJ especially with the pulp Mmm. Good and baked potatoes, oh boy those are delicious!

My parents still show they love me everyday. They give me a hug and tell me that they are proud of me.

I think either of these are fine for the menu of those mentioned.
Of course Blond has an answer for almost everything... and has on occasion done feeding of the first one....maybe I need some of the second one too.....lol
