Well, I'm going to try it for one month ... it can't hurt. I have tried so many diets and usually give up after a bit. I did the juicing thingy and lost over 20 lbs ... but it grossed me out after having the same things over and over that I couldn't possibly try it again. I saw real results with my friends from the Isagenix before I got hooked, so I know it works. To lose 20 lbs over the next month will be a blessing!
It's a one time deal so no biggie.
Somehow I would prefer these diet tips.

I do like the zucchini bread,carrot cake and pumpkin pie.
I seriously need to shed some weight. I overeat often, but recently lost 3 lbs. I wondered why but then remembered I used to drink so much pepsi until recently when I allowed myself maybe half a can per day, if any. Not bad considering I was drinking like 3-4 cans a day! I know it's bad, but that's what I was addicted to! Imagine all of the sugar I consumed? I shudder at the thought! 44 grams of sugar in just ONE can of pepsi! That is crazy!!!!!

Ok so my Isa kit will be here in a few days so I just came up to relax in bed and watch tv. Along with me came 2 of the dogs, and a big bag of Hickory Sticks tyvm. Lol lol
