sigh. the usual. Law v Grace (as if it has to be one or the other and never Grace and the Law of Christ).

sinless perfection (as if anyone achieves it on earth but the Lord Jesus).

and frankly, still a bit disappointed that millions of years ago thread ain't about meeeee lol.

Am I reading you correctly, in that you feel Jesus advocated operating in both?

Well, I thought the thread was well conducted. While there was disagreement the discussion seemed to remain courteous and respectful.

Some people with the 10th letter of the alphabet beginning their screen name there give me a bit of heartburn.
 
I'm not very religious...........but I'm all about Faith in Christ! :)

For me, Christianity is a Faith, not a religion.............. just saying.........
 
my best friend from 5th grade on was a boy.
we spent hours talking every day and went to his house after school where i fell in love with his grandmother.

he went to West Point and i visited him there with his mom.
he and his wife and kids have been to our house for dinners, but i hadn't heard from him in a few years.

he called yesterday and we spoke for half an hour or so.
then he called back this morning and said,

can you tell me again what you were saying yesterday? because i....because i......
wasn't listening. :rolleyes:

still sorta laughing over that one. :D
