money? nah, my bonus is based on whether I follow processes regarding checking account info correctly in the correct order.
It's because I find it funny that they are angry when they get busted.
ie:
"we cannot order online because our internet is down"
just now or permanently?
"permanently"
ok, I will have to notify the team and let them make you exceptions then
,,,, (later)
"can you send me that on email so I can read it?"
when they call tech support to get an engineer, and I end up being sent to three different people, who give different reasons why they "need" an engineer:
nr 1: machine doesn't print (nothing else) - calls from different county
nr 2: paper jam (nothing else) - is in different floor
nr 3 is at machine: machine prints and it doesn't jam, but prints get a black line
all three from the same company
