So we are talking dogs versus cats and the protein content of rabbits?
Cats for sure. And vegetarian and water.
I even have a vegetarian cat, her choice, not mine. She will not eat fish or liver or any kind of canned food. Just grass and a cat food with no meat. She has a heart condition, 5/6 and was supposed to not live more than a year. Since she was 10 this year, I'm letting her continue on her weird, anti-cat diet. It seems to be working.
Dogs are too obedient and eager to please. No spine at all! Cats are loving and affectionate. And nothing better than a purring cat to relax you and make you know that God is in control.
Oh and I am back on a full vegetarian diet for the last month, and I haven't felt this good in years. Probably since I went back to eating chicken and fish. I was thinking of going organic chicken, but after a bad RA flare that put me in the hospital, I decided to give up meat and all the purines. My RA isn't better, but my digestive system is, so that is worth it all. (I do know how to combine proteins and such. And I am even learning to like lentils!)
