The context of Job 12:10 is verses 7-8 above it. Verse 7 says beasts and fowls and verse 8 says fishes --- which then ties into verse 10 about living things. There is no mention of plant life in Job 12:1-9. So no. All living things (beasts, fowl, fishes) have a soul. It's what the Bible says. Besides, what does Romans 8:19 mean to you? Who is the creature or creatures who wait eagerly for the manifestation of the sons of God?
Not arguing............because I don't know if dogs go to heaven........but am curious to know if you believe animals are triune beings? Body, soul, spirit.
Soul (which is our mind will and emotions).
Spirit body (Which continues on in the afterlife)
Physical body (Which is our flesh, blood, and bones).
I believe animals have all three of these, too.
I believe the spirit of an animal goes downward into Abraham's Bosom (Paradise) and then they will be given a resurrected body in the Millennium or the Eternal New Earth. The spirit of man (The Dead in Christ) goes upward from out Abraham's Bosom when the Pre-Trib Rapture takes place.

That's why the creature or creatures are eagerly waiting for the manifestation (or bodily resurrection) of the sons of God (Romans 8:19). That way they can join them in the New Earth physically.
Just a passage of Scripture to contemplate.......not aimed at any other comment here..........
1 Corinthians 15:35 .) But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come? 36 .) Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die: 37 .) And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain: 38 .) But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body. 39 .) All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds. 40 .) There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another. 41 .) There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory. 42 .) So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: 43 .) It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: 44 .) It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. 45 .) And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. 46 .) Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. 47 .) The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. 48 .) As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. 49 .) And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. 50 .) Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
Obviously these creatures would be changed so as to be harmless when they become a part of the Eternal New Earth. How do we know for sure?
Well, Isaiah 11:6 says, the wolf also shall dwell with the lamb and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.
Anyways, to answer the question of this thread: Do all dogs really go to Heaven?
Well, if you mean that dogs will be in a spiritual place or paradise with God, then... yes. Animals will temporarily go to Abraham's Bosom or Paradise in Sheol. But if you are referring to animals going to the 3rd Heaven that has the glassy sea and has God's Throne, the Heavenly Temple, etc. then.... no.
Two verses in context that proves, shows, states that DOGS go to heaven........other than the woman who equates herself to licking from the crumbs that falls from the masters table!
