Lemon and chocolate go together about as well as orange and chocolate - which is to say, they go together well. And do you have any leftovers? :D

Also, I like, yet borderline hate Walmart. Their selection for organic stuff is awful. But when you do try to shop someplace nice like Whole Foods, they borderline rob you. While you get what you pay for there, you can't pay much! Lol

I got myself some organic decaf coffee and dark chocolate almond milk to put in it. I gotta say, it's not very sweet, but it's just enough sweetness that you don't need to really add any other sweetener (though a teeeenny bit of honey wouldn't hurt). I also don't get the negative side affects of caffeine. Yay! Usually I'm a pretty big advocate of caffeinated coffee, but decaf has started to be my go to. I'm much better without caffeine right now. Caffeine may be good for the occasional boost, but it definitely will not be a regular thing for me for now.

Privacy issues. I don't care to gain stalkers.

Viola, because I'm familiar with several of your posts...

My money is on the curls. Those are your real hair texture. But I have to say, the straight hair looks completely natural as well... and totally amazing.

It's a good thing you didn't include your face... Because I would TOTALLY stalk you.

Would you believe it if I told you, he's not completely off with those curls. My hair is actually very much more curly then that. I'll post the one I was the third picture I was originally going to post. As far as the curly hair pic I did post, probably my hair was moussed either after it was dry, or had been up in a bun and dried that way.

And just to torture people, I do not need to use a hair band to keep my hair in a braid, or bobby pins to keep my hair in a bun (unless it's wet, for the bun that is.) Also, I use to not have to use pins when I put my hair up in a French twist. Just the comb. Yes, I have that type of texture curly hair.

And yes, that is my natural hair color, in all three pictures. See, I'm not a redhead, or a brunette. Just brown, with maybe a touch or two of red streaks. And I might or might not still have my blond roots.

EXACTLY! That's what it is that looks unreal about curled hair. I never did put my finger on it before, but your phrase "My hair is actually very much more curly than that." is exactly why curled hair looks different from naturally curly hair. They never do get it as curly as real hair. I never really thought about WHY it looked different, I just knew it never looked like real curly hair.

And I know you might not believe me because I'm a guy, so I wouldn't know much about hair... but the pic on the right, with the blue/grey background, looks prettier. You women may think it looks like a frazzled mess, but I think it looks pretty. But no woman has ever believed me. They always keep complaining about what a mess their hair is. :-/

catching up on some threads. some posts kind of burned my toast, got my knickers in a twist [insert favorite expression for "got ticked off" here].

Do I respond in anger? Do I tell them that they are wrong? Do I get on my soapbox and go into lecture mode? Do I take a break from CC? Do I just "like" the posts that have already responded to the other one?

What do other people do? Do they pray before posting? It is probably good that I have to go to rehearsal soon and don't have time to construct a response. I prefer to pray by my couch, but will pray on the car ride over there.

grrrr

CatHerder: If I think I can't trust myself to post a reply right now I go off and do music stuff. I have Reaper (a digital audio workstation with a lot of capabilities, a low price and an unfortunate name) open on my music computer and I can fiddle with soundtracks for a while. Then I can come back and make a reply for which I won't have to repent later. =^.^=

I suggest finding a new slice of bread to toast. Make sure you have the toaster set to low, if it's shop-bought and set to high, if it's homemade.

I KNEW it! Every time I try to toast my homemade sourdough bread it takes a lot longer to toast. Thank you, now I know it's normal!

(Well, at least as close to normal as I ever get...)

if i'm tired of cooking chicken the same ten ways,
does that mean my family is tired of eating it the same ten ways??

No worries, brother! Homemade sourdough bread requires setting number 5, maybe even 6 on the toaster. Whereas your shop-bought white bread may even burn on setting number 1! It really depends. :)

would it depend on the amount of moisture in the bread?
