Fogetting last years failures, and Pressing on to Gods Blessings for this new YEAR!
Joidevivre's last post, inspired me to make this post!
May Gods Blessings be upon her today !
Philippines 3:13 But this one thing that I do, is forgetting those
things that are behind, and reaching forth unto those things
that are before. 14: I press toward the mark of the prize of the
high calling of God in Christ Jesus!
" May this be our Goal and Prayer for 2015"
One profound statement I heard from a minister years ago
that has always stuck with me is,
As the Bible proclaims that Satan in the Accuser of the brethren,
he said," The next time Satan reminds you of your past,
just remind him of his Future! The Lake of Fire!
This is how God see's your past!

Hi Blueladybug, I didn't know if you like funny things or not,
But I do know that the Bible says that laughter is as good
as a medicine! I've been sick in bed for the last five years
and some times I watch something funny to lift my spirits!
I hope this was ok to send you, Its very, very funny and
only about five minutes long! I will send You another one
if you like it! I hope it cheers up your day! Shalom.......

Rest for you soul in not easy to find these days, but it is still our Promise of God!
I heard a true story a few years back that has
always stuck with me and has been a blessing
to me every time I read Palms 23 where it says that
he leadeth me beside still waters!
I learned that the shepherds of Israel in Biblical time
do this and I heard that they still do this today!
That sheep are naturally scared of any running water,
such as a river or stream.
So the shepherds would use their staff to dam up
little pools of water, and that would calm them down
enough to come and drink!
For shepherds said that if the sheep were left alone,
even by a stream of running water or river, they would
would be to afraid to drink, and lay there and die of thirst!
That is why each time I read this verse or am out in the wilderness and see a pool of off branched clear water
I begin to cry as Gods 23rd verse runs through my mind,
He leadeth me beside still waters and restoreth my soul!
AMEN LORD JESUS, LEAD US BESIDE THOSE STILL WATERS AND RESTORE OUR SOULS TODAY!
