Wrong both of them are talking about believing and not believing in Him.
There is more than one way to not believe in the Lord then just following the law, your actions by walking in sin, treating others like crap, and not having a helpful attitude to others.....

And - context is not always the whole of a chpt because any of the authors of the Bible will go onto a different type dialogue within a chpt.
Yes I do see you doing judging others of sin ... On every thread on this topic that I've viewed and didn't or couldn't reply to. You did MORE than that with your 'friends' .... you and they have a tendency to tell the people here that they're not saved at all when it's on this topic. And not one person that you've debated with does Not believe in Salvation by Grace through Faith - but have only preached with the verses on "obedience" - "keeping His Word" - "keeping His commandments" and other commands - which is at least 3/4ths of the New Testament - both from Jesus' Own mouth and His Apostles.
Yes, you do "despise God's forebearance and long suffering" by condemning and name calling those that you disagree with and posting things about them that you, being just a man behind a monitor, could Never Know about them or whether they are saved or not --- and don't even bother to ask "What Laws are we to 'Keep' ?"
