I do think there is something to be said for taking a step back and cooling down instead of impulsively acting out of an emotional extreme. There is absolutely nothing wrong with a person bearing their soul, but when a person has a history of doing that in an erratic and extreme manner, people sometimes feel the need to say something about that even while they also want the best for the person. I don't believe anyone was insensitive or mean.

With that said, I do hope you come back as well, Arwen, and that you choose to simply take some time to cool off rather than deleting and re-creating accounts. I know you have been around this place longer than I have, so you know that the people here are for you and not against you. So if there are any words of criticism given, it's not to put you down, but to help you out. I hope you'll give us the chance to continue being friends to you.

I understand what you mean. But I used to be that kind of a person because of my mood swings. I don't know much about her, but I am guessing she is struggling with the same issue as I am and so I can relate to how it would hurt her.

Anyway, I am not concerned about what happened. I just hope she comes back.
 
How come half the time when someone tells me their web account isn't working, it is?
I wonder if people even try
 
lol, wouldn't surprise me if that was the problem

we have had people complaining that their prints dont print after their network failed,,,

because they are using Windows?
because they are tying to access it via their AOL account??
because their capacity for understanding computers is exceeded by their capacity to breath underwater...and if necessary, you have my permission to test this for them. <muah, hah, hah, ha!>
 
Roh_Chris is new here? Does that make me also a newbie? How long must someone be a member before he is considered graduated from newbie class? Does time put in on other forums count?

Maybe you can help me. I rearranged my keyboard so it's more in like alphabetical order. But now it's like....it took me forever to write this.

What OS do you have? The spiderweb is telling me this for WIN 7:

[FONT=WOL_Reg]You can customize your keyboard for a specific language or format by changing the keyboard layout. The layout controls which characters appear on the screen when you press the keys on your keyboard. Some input languages have several keyboard layouts; others have only one. For example, you can change your keyboard layout from the English QWERTY format to the English Dvorak format. After you change the layout, the characters on your screen might not correspond to the characters on your keyboard keys.[/FONT]

hehe, be glad you're not using Vista or Win 8 :P

Does that work? I am not able to test such settings at the PC I'm at :p
 
I hope Arwenn does come back. I think in time she will. Just pray for her, sounds like she's been through some tough stuff in her life.
