I have one experience with Black Friday shopping.
One.
I was pregnant with my son at the time, 7 months, so I had this big belly going on. We went to Walmart at midnight, and the place was a madhouse. A lady on one of those riding cart deals apparently needed to be in every. single. place. we were, and she kept nearly running one or more of us over. Other people were pushing to get to the shelves. It was too much crazy for me, so I went to hide in the only fairly peopleless aisle I could find- the baby aisle.
While I was standing there waiting for my husband and his aunt and grandma to come back, this woman with this nearly overflowing cart came around the corner at high speed and raced down the aisle like a lunatic, smashing into me. Because I'm so hard to see, I bet (5'9", hugely pregnant, wearing this bright red coat...I totally get it...).
So that was it for me, and I do all my shopping online, if I have shopping that must be done.

That's so weird all these bad experiences. I know they happen obviously, but my mom, sister and I have been going every year for the past 10 years and we've never had a problem. Its always been a lot of fun.
You will always have those people who act like idiots and of course that's what's going to be put out to everyone. "Don't go shopping on black Friday! You'll get shot or killed"
I'm more likely to get killed in a school than black Friday shopping.
Like I said. Been going 10 years every single year. And always had a great experience. Lots of people lots of lines, but that's my thing.
