Many of the people here have hearts of stone. Deaths of women and children do not phase them. They actually make jokes about it.
If people prefer to think that killing a thousand people is justified to get a few unarmed rockets (unarmed rockets are what Israel use to warn of air strike) then there is not much use using any humanitarian argument.

They aren't using hospitals, schools or churches to hide them, nor do they parade children in front of soldiers while attacking their enemy. I'm okay with Israel having all the weapons they need to defend themselves. Palestinians are not the only ones who want to destroy them. Are you happy with the likes of Hamas and friends running Gaza or the West bank. Instead of building a true country, they want a hate zone. Think about the peace that the Palestinians could have if they would denounce violence toward Israel.

So if the native Americans decide you stole their land and start launching missiles at you and trying to kill your family what are you gonna do? Pack up and move somewhere else? I would say you'd be hard pressed to find anywhere to live if we follow your jacked up logic through to its logical conclusion...regardless of religious persuasion or bias.

Jonah is worried that these people will actually turn from their ways so instead of listening to God and going to Nineveh, instead he runs from God because he wants to see Nineveh be destroyed. So God forces Jonah's hand, Nineveh turns from their ways and Jonah is bitter. He's a spoiled little whiny brat.
Throughout the old testament God's heart has not been for Israel, but for everyone. God wants Israel to be his tool to bring salvation to the gentiles -- to the world. Israel has rules set in place for welcoming strangers and integrating them into Israel. But for the most part Israel fails and tries to keep God for their selves.

Must be "selective", "biased", and "pro-terrorist" hearing. Isaiah_FalseProphet only "hears" what he wants to hear. His anti-semitism/anti-Israel beliefs are "set" like concrete. But God's heart is still for all people and he promised a day would come when his law would be written on our hearts.
