...an Educational Assistant in schools are term positions, so I'll have to figure out what to do when the term is up...
I don't know how it works in Canada, but here in the US, all Educators at every level are "retained" during the month of March for the following school year (Aug to May).

Here in the US, a teacher gets to know by March (sometimes April) whether or not there's a job for him/her the next school year. Usually, "good" teachers are retained on an academic contract, while "bad" teachers are not offered a job the following year in that particular school district.

If you turn out to be an excellent Educator, then all kinds of school districts will be calling you because the word gets around among academic circles who are the "good" teachers and who are the "bad" ones. That's how the Lord keeps us employed. :)

Not a moment goes by that I don't think.

I almost don't want to dream tonight. My dreams have been getting weird again. Two different dreams within a dream last night. Neither were things I want to dream about again.

Welp, resumes are going out in the next few days for E.A. positions. There is also an addictions worker position opened up, not sure how dangerous it might be though?... Or working with people with mental illnesses. I could see myself doing that, just worried about safety... kinda rather stick with children.

God is love. The Good Shepherd lovingly leads His sheep and told us to love one another.

But some folks miss the parts where the Lord had a whole other vocabulary/tone/way of dealing with those who mocked the things of God and abused the children of God.

Imagine if chocolate was illegal. People would be buying it off the street, there would be 'chocolate dealers'. Women would be common offenders for using. Needing their 'fix' each month.
So wow arwen, thank you for that tidbit, I got out of that we have sin peddlers, making a fortune over guilt to others and them feeling inadequate, no one finalizing the cross of Christ as being forgiven. No it has to have a mockery made out of it and have everyone asking for more forgiveness from God if they sin again.
Are we not in essence saying Jesus your sacrifice and shedding of blood is not enough?

Well I've heard around 14 or 15 as well. I don't think we will ever know exactly until we die, then we can ask Jesus. I've never heard that she worked in a Tabernacle or that she was an Orphan. Actually I really don't know to much about Mary. Joseph isn't mentioned in Jesus's adult life, so I assume he probably died before Jesus was crucified.

I believe Mary would be a darker skinned woman with dark hair too, not like she's portrayed to look. Also I believe Jesus would have dark hair and dark skin too. Not that it matters, but being in that part of the world, I don't think you'd want to be a red head with freckles, you'd be burned to a crisp! lol
Thanks Fenner, so true
I read a book that is out of print today called the prince of the house of David.
I found out that this book was put together from letters found, where a cousin of Martha and Mary had written them to her Dad at the time of John the Baptist baptizing Christ, she was put there by her Dad to learn the Jewish customs, She wrote her Dad monthly as to what was going on at that time of Christ's arrival
It was and is a fascinating book of letters put together in as book form. Amazing read for me when she described watching Jesus get Baptized by John, it was as if I was there watching it, the book took me that far into it
Amazing!

i wish my friend would forgive me
In time they will see that you are sorry and actions always speak louder than words, and if they can't forgive you, then they do not know that God has past tense already forgiven them for all their mistakes, and if one sees that they are forgiven, how can one not forgive? And that does not mean one becomes a door mat either, much discernment to be learned from the basis of I am Forgiven by God through Son. From that basis of seeing God just love you and all, our responses change from not understanding to understanding, since now God whom we do not see is doing the teaching just as the air we breathe we do not see either, keeps us alive in physical, where as God in Spirit
man must learn to understand the motives of human beings, their illusions, and their sufferings. God is the only one that can show you this, so believe god to show you and God will, rest in that

i wish i could figure out the reasons i act the way i do sometimes, and respond differently...

i want to heal those places that cause it to be far too easy to act and/or react like a fool.
No healing comes complete through efforts of self overcoming. Belief has a power of its own, doubt dismantles and brings in stress, worry and failure
Is that not what started the whole mess of destruction, Adam and Eve having doubt and partook, and past that on down through the Centuries to us by one act through child birth.
Then God through Son by one act changed that, if we will believe God, that through Son we are first and foremost 100% forgiven, and then after seeing that from God this act of Mercy, is what brings forth new life in the Spirit of God through our new mindsets of thankfulness and praises to God for this underserving grace, making us complete in him through Son, and this is accomplished first by belief and then acceptance that this is truth
Colossians 1:22 in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

I tried to improve on that being focused on whether I sin or not, only brought forth more sin to deal with, until I finalized the above scripture as fact and accepted it as truth, from God, nothing I can do to make it better, only worse for me in stress and worry whenever I take the drivers seat and try to not sin. when I do not sin, I get proud and boastful, and when I do not stop I get quilt and am afraid. when I finalized I am forgiven it was done in me what I needed all along to be done and that is new life working through me by belief, the power that sets one free. As Christ said it to the woman who had for 12 years menstrual problems, and she just touched his garment and she was healed, Jesus told her it was her belief. See the power her belief, there was no doubt in this woman, and she did as she believed so she received and saw.
What has happened to belief? Man has added works that is what has happened, doubt has set in by whether one has dine the right work or not, and thus we receive not because of doubt(s)
praying this might help inn some way to you

As I drove to church yesterday morning, I realized that this coming Thursday is Thanksgiving. I was reminded of how on Thanksgiving Day of 2010, I sat my family down and told them that I had been suicidal and self-harmed in high school.

I had told them that I wanted to tell them my testimony, since I was going on a mission trip a few months after that, I told them it was "practice". But really, it was to admit those struggles I had been through. I had hid it, so they had no idea. I knew I wanted to do it over Thanksgiving break (I was in college) and it just so happened that the one time that all of us were together, no one going here nor there, was Thanksgiving day. Kind of a bomb to drop on such a day, ha.

I remember sitting in the living room with them all. My heart was pounding. I considered backing out of my decision. But I knew I couldn't hold it in anymore. I started crying before I even said anything. I almost couldn't get the words out. But I did. They were in shock, and didn't really know what to say. Who does? They asked a few questions, that day and the weeks that followed, but overall it was acceptance. I tear up just writing this, thinking of how hard that was.

We don't really talk about it now. I don't feel the need to bring it up, and neither do they; it's something I have moved on from, that past. It still has its affects on me, but not in the way it used to. I'm glad that I told them. At first I regretted it, but that regret didn't last too long. Even though we don't talk about it, it feels like there are no barriers now, no "What if they find out" fears in the back of my mind.

This Thanksgiving will be 3 years from that day. I can't believe it's only been 3 years. It feels like so much longer. So much has changed in such a short amount of time.

I am thankful for my family.
And speaking from the heart sister you are not alone and it is freeing to tell truth, no matter how others react to it. Been there done that and lived, not by me choosing to, I should have died period, and am glad now that God kept me alive here for God's purpose of Love that is unfathomable to us here on earth in flesh and blood
Truth telling is a fear, yet it frees you the person to be who you are and not some made up make up person that this world embraces

i try not to think about anything.
So has that caused you think more or less? I mean if I am thinking about not thinking I find me thinking all the more, and just can't seem to stop, at least that is what I discovered, by trying not to do something it seems that I did it more than when not thinking about not doing.
did that make sense?

maybe this is because of their view of what Love is. I mean we all experience love here in this world that is of this world that is claimed to be God's love, when in truth it is not.
God is opposite of this world's type of love. read it in 1 Cor. 13:4-13, and ask God for this love from God and be new in God by God from God a gift of true love unto you to give to others regardless of what they say or do against you and others
Love God's type is the way, the truth and the life that overcomes and stomps out evil in the long run, where as bickering, arguing, fighting just creates sin that brings condemnation, doubt and fear.
When the perfect love of God actually casts our all fear

That sounds like a great book, I'll have to read that one.
It is out of print, today, I think there are copies sold on the net though not sure
It is at least for me a real eye opener of what I needed at that particular time in growth of understanding God's unfathomable Love, in spite of who sins or not sins. Above and beyond the norm of we must quit to get
Instead we got and get to keep, Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That changed my thought process as in seeing it is not by works of any of my own that is
