No thanks, for these reasons:
1) Money (or in my case, the lack thereof
)
2) Scheduling. Sometimes my friend group has trouble finding a night that works for all of us to go do something. I can't imagine working with people in different states, in different stages of life to find one night that works for us all.
3) I think I like the anonymity of the online community. Perhaps because I'm way more shy and reserved in real life than online, but I like having my life separate from CC. It's why I tend to not add people on Facebook, as much as I love you CCers.
I sound like such a killjoy, because it would probably be fun, but like Stilly said, it's fun to talk about but pretty impractical to carry out.
ETA: If there was someone that I knew really well and they happened to be coming by my area, I might check in. It just depends on a lot of things.
