Well , glad everyone so open an honest my turn-----------
Good ol' fashion single. You know , being single was when you where NOT- seeing,dating, causual get "togethers" OR " intimately invovled" meaning you are really single I had no clue so many especially ones with spiritual relationship with God saw other wise - but hey I'm keeping an open mind on here and I promise you I'm not judging i sincerely had no clue there are so many kinds of single. Btw I've been single now 3yrs .

I have been single and haven't actually had a girlfriend in my life ever. And I am 23 right now. I felt like a little behind because I didn't date in high school like everyone else was, but I feel like I am being shown that I was good not to date and marry before Christ, as I would have been terrible for it. In the past, I was so desperate and lonely. I wanted someone to really be with me and to have someone love me as I would love them back. I was so clingy towards certain people and towards girls. This would have really led me to potentially getting my heart hurt a lot worse than what a few rejections did. But that was in the past. I am trying to work on not feeling so needy and so afraid to be alone. Rather, only pursuing Christ is the goal at the end of the day. So right now I am trying to get used to being single and in the state where I don't need a woman to truly make me happy.

I am also working on things in my life in terms of relationship skills. I truly lack relationship skills and need to get better at relating to others. So I think I may be single for a little while, hopefully growing in the process. My age may say 23, but I am not as mature as my age says.

That is exactly how it would all play out SeoulSearch, if "I" was the one that was tranquilized. However it was my girlfriend that was tranquilized. The only way I can keep women around me is if they are sedated.

I mean... I've managed to keep dates around via suspended animation, but hey...

The unfortunate thing is that the refills for my S.A. (susp. anim.) stun gun are horribly EXPENSIVE... and once I couldn't afford the ammo... POOF!! They snapped out of it and disappeared!

Sigh. I guess I have to go back to doing things the old-fashioned way.

While using their sophisticated search program, I asked it to find someone who is as near to perfection as I am, and as it tried to find that "special someone" for me, the stress (and impossibility) of the search shorted out their server and the site was down for a week.

I was henceforth banned, and my search for a "perfect" match continues!!!

Depends on your definition apparently! :O I've never been married and never what I'd consider a "real" relationship. I dated a few guys in high school because I hadn't learned how to say "no" yet and didn't want to hurt their feelings. So I've had 3 relationships out of pity... and one which was very abusive. How sad.

But now, I've been single (my definition of it) for over 3 years. I haven't ever had a meaningful, serious relationship though. I have been in love, but it was unrequited you see.
