I've been single ever since I asked my fiance to sign a prenuptial agreement!!!

I wonder if that had anything to do with it???

Anyways, I've never been attached to anybody. Never had a boyfriend, never kissed or held hands. Nevaaaaah! Why? I dunno, really. But it I think part of it comes to the fact that I never cared or wanted a boyfriend until I was about 21 or 22. At that point I was experiencing what a 14 year old girl experiences - silly, nonsensical crushes on random people and the dreaded "he doesn't have to be a Christian!" attitude. That drastically changed in the past couple of years... so I have to say that I never really wanted a real God given relationship with a man until a few months ago. Hmm... maybe I have my answer as to why I'm single, haha.

Divorced in 09 then had a relationship in 11 with the sweetest and most beautiful woman in the world. We were talking marriage and looking at houses. Then one sunday morning she called me as i was getting dressed for church and ended it. Have technically been single a year however have just in the past few months have i become emotionally single
 
How long have I been single, it's been about a year and a few months, but it definitely doesn't feel that long.

I can't believe I haven't answered this yet. :p Yes, I was serious but I find that sometimes I'm really glad that I'm single and sometimes I feel like I'd do anything to have a girlfriend.
 
...single is when you are not in a relationship; as opposed to 'unmarried'. When you are in a relationship, you are 'not single' but are 'unmarried'...When you are married - you are in a relationship as well as being married...:cool:

Both of you are good, God fearing men. I'm not sure why such sweet and kind guys such as yourselves are single, but I pray The Lord will bring you strong and wonderful Christian women. Hopefully y'all won't have to wait much longer.
 
Let's see… my last relationship was 4 years ago, but I've had dates and what not since I broke up with my ex. However, those potential guys didn't result in a relationship.
 
Single for four years and counting. :rolleyes:

Hard to explain what it means to be a single, but for the past 4 years, I never dated potential boyfriends and didn't entertain suitors.
 
I've been lonely (single) for 3 1/2 years. My precious soul mate has been with the Lord for that long. How I miss and love her.
