I never get sick of Peanut Butter Captain Crunch....oh I love that stuff. Even the generic version is good. ( I swear that was in no way meant to refer to Rose ) lol

yup. a rare treat. And if we ever did have the sugary cereal, it was always as a dessert after dinner.
I'm so glad that the rest of my childhood was......wait.....that sucked too.

My mom always fed us shredded wheat or Chex or cornflakes, and she had a secret (not-so-secret) stash of Lucky Charms or Captain Crunch that she would eat after we went to bed.
I don't usually even buy cereal. But...Captain Crunch sounded like a good investment.

I had sugary cereals, but it moderation. We mostly had Raisin Bran or Special K. I really like Special K with bananas. So good!

My parents were loving, but weird with food. They would give us kids.....COWS TOUNGE!!!!!!!
Oh ya.....my father would make it a production to boil that sucker, plop it out on the cutting board...make funny faces and eye rolls and make us eat it!!!!! It was so grose. I don't think I need to say anything more...

and that was a very nice pic you had up too....I've seen Shour before..and I was shocked for a second by his voice..but after a few minutes I was like ,yeah ok..I get it now. He looks so young..I imagined him sounding more I guess like a teenager..but he was all manly sounding.LOL
