Pier 39 is cool man. I remember they had this big heavy metal shop up in one of the second story shops on the left if your walking out to the end of the pier. That was back in the 80's though.

I'm a highly skilled black jack player. I count cards. Nah not really. I stick to basic strategy. I don't gamble though. I used to and I won more than I lost but I don't gamble any more.

Speaking on the witches and warlock stuff. I read this book when I was younger. It was a Christian book called, "He Came To Set The Captives Free." It was written by an ex daughter of satan who turned Christian. Lot's of interesting insight.

Divination was my speciality... my family's speciality actually. Honestly, it's hard not to go back to it sometimes.
Ohhh Aimee...not good. You should really run run run yer' buns away from that stuff. Especially if yer' still drawn to it still.:( Don't go back Aimee...we need you on our team. Plus, you'll make Jesus sad...you don't want that do you? Oh & yeah..you'll burn in hell too. (maybe I can scare you) lolz. Nah seriously...it's a struggle I know. It's no greater than anyone's other temptations to return to a sinful lifestyle...that pull is always there, and it's worse if you felt like you had a "place"...where you felt you fit in. It took me a long time to feel I was accepted by christians, and then one day it hit me.... I'm NOT! lol God was like "I'm the only one you need to impress, stop trying to fit in,I've already made you to fit." That's one of the sad things about the church,we tend to alienate even other brothers & sisters so much,no wonder the world sees this & has no desire to come to Christ. Ohhhhhhh my..I have derailed again.lol

I've been to many casinos. I used to live in Nevada, so that's basically all there was. Besides, if you wanted to go out to eat, you had to go to a casino.

Anyway.

I've gambled at the slots for one night and I lost the 20 bucks I had. I didn't find it enjoyable at all. Now, the concept of playing cards and possibly counting them is interesting. I'm not smart enough to do that, but I know people who are.

I watched that movie "21" and tripped out. Yeah, I'm not smart enough for that either. I'll have to look up divination to know what it is.

Ya know, it's funny. I just said to someone last night that I felt connected there for the first time in my life. I had a place, people knew me, they knew of my family. I was kinda a celebrity in the community. I had a high priest approach me and tell me we were meant to be, and I would be the high priestess of his coven... etc.

I won't go back. I can't. When it comes down to it I love the Lord and His Word. Don't worry. I'm sticking around.

Knowing both sides. Don't you kind of feel like what's the point of going back though? I mean if you x out the temporary gains what is it to really gain? I read up on divination real quick and I'm sure it didn't explain it enough. But yeah.

I think it means that she used to make these divinity candies all. the. time.

She was in deep!

Good morning all!

Aimee - in all seriousness, I'm praising God that you've been delivered from that mess!

The devil makes a place like that though. I was all up in the hardcore kool aid. I had the sense of belonging in the scene. Kids would come up to me that had bought one of my records and be all weird about it. lol. It's funny how even in a scene like underground hardcore you can become like a royalty in the ranks.

There's nothing to gain from it. It's like anything else that's set to destroy you. It's fun and powerful and scary and it feels like complete freedom. But magic ALWAYS has a price. After a while it expected things of me, and I did them... to a point. The deeper you get into it the more it requires of you. It gets very scary. And when you try to get out... yeah, that's another story.
