You see large numbers of abortions in African-American communities largely because of adverse conditions like extreme poverty

If we could start alleviating some of this poverty then you might see those abortion numbers start coming down

No, this whole red herring debate is about whether or not the "long history" of the KKK stretches to the present (as the Biden administration is stating) and if so are we talking about the Democratic party and Abortion?
Look at the evidence -- who is responsible for arming the terrorists and making them one of the best equipped militaries in the world? That would be the Democrats.
