Today, my coworker’s 4 yr old was at the office. Coworker said that while at the store, she told him they were gonna stop by the office. Son asked if “his friend” was going to be there. She said yes and that it was my bday yesterday. So he said, “we have to get her something!”

He got me a coloring book. He told me happy birthday.

This is lovely :)

WHERE is it written that ANYTHING God created is evil? The facts
are, God created mankind without clothing and saw that it was good.
Yet, we hear the few pastors that'll address nudity saying, "we're called
by God to dress modest and pure." Beloved, not that it would ever occur,
but IF the entire flock is saved and forgiven of their sins, they could
all be in worship services stark naked and never once offend God.
Adam needed a COVERING for his failure to ask God's forgiveness
but the second Adam, Jesus, provided the only covering a saved
person will ever need before God, His precious Blood-covering.

The problem with the parson's ploy for personal modesty and pureness
is that there's nothing immoral or impure about the naked body - that is
unless that person is carnal-minded when dealing with the subject of
nudity. Many of these impure are Christ-rejectors and unsaved souls.
Everywhere in scripture where it talks of nakedness being covered has
to do with unsaved, unforgiven sinners and never once speaks of the
truly saved, covered-by-the-pure-Blood of Jesus in God's eyes.
http://spiritofprophecy.org/godandnudity.htm . Ughh, I was called to share this.
The parson's take on personal modesty and pureness is downright creepy.

Just remember, its the person lusting who has sinned, not the nudist. Repent, repent, repent!
Seems to me that the nudist may have caused someone to stumble. Regarding repenting, it should begin with the one without clothes.

I actually had to go back to the first post to remember what this thread is (or rather, was supposed to be) about.

I have an answer to the OP, and I think it's a good answer. Unfortunately my answer to the OP would be completely meaningless in current context, because this thread is now a debate thread about public nudity. :-/
I'm not entirely sure what this thread is about but things seem to be picking up here.

Jesus Christ was sacrificed for our sin, those days of any other sacrifice are over. Clothing is now a manmade tradition, along with sexual immorality and pornography. Satan has having a great time here destroying mankind with his traditions
Actually the clothing tradition was started by the Lord when He personally made clothing out of animal skins for Adam and Eve to cover their nakedness before Him.

I'm still trying to figure this out. For any new person I would say this is blatant trolling, but the "Naked is beautiful!" was started by a long-time member, so now I'm not sure what to think...

I am reminded of a Foxtrot comic. The mother of the family is doing load after load of laundry, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, putting away, sorting and starting another load...

The father says, "I see you picked up more brochures for nudist colonies."

Mother replies, "You think I'm joking about this?"

Oh, and Gregoryp I do know of a guy who gets a tan on his patio bare-naked. I don't know him, but I know of him. It's a fairly new subdivision he lives in, so it shouldn't be too hard to get a house close to his.

Yeah because god made a terrible mistake in creating mankind in his image? What was he thinking offending mankind like this???

What does God creating man in His image and likeness has to do with this parson and his obsession with nudity?

Gregory it sounds like you are just into nudity and are trying to use scripture to back you up. You would probably be taken seriously if you just said so.

If you are so into nudity, why aren't you living in a nudist colony with likeminded people?

I think with the condition that the world is headed towards rhis seems to be a very immaterial and insignificant thing to be pushing for.

You know... in all the fuss over the (MASSIVE) derail, a lot of us never answered the thread's question.

I like watching felines and flowers. A god who made things as pretty as flowers and animals that move as fluidly as felines has to be an artistic God.

For that matter, I find inspiration in the sheer variety of this life. God could have made things really simple: Humans and grass, and us able to eat grass. But an artistic God would never make a world that plain and unimaginative. All the variety in this world is very inspiring, even before you start looking closely at any of the things He made.

This is starting to irritate me, I never said anything about converting the world to nudity. This is the problem with forums like this, Satan attacks

I didn’t see where she said that either, about converting the world, who’s attacking who here.
