I am hoping that there is local sweet corn tomorrow at the market. I know it's really early in the season, and normally I don't have more than 4 ears a season, but doesn't that sound GOOD??
Hmmm.... wonder if I could do a charred sweet corn cheesecake and maybe some cojita... maybe mock up some mayo, lime, chili powder... This one will really mess with people's noggins, but would probably be an excellent cracker dip.

Took the day off today! Got to go to dr. in a few but in the meantime and to increase my chances to really flip out the doc, I brewed a pot of french press coffee with the ground arabica bean in a little cup and plans for creamsies....

Cabinets are almost finished...starting to put things away. My mother-in-law is coming out later today, and between the two of us, I think we can manage to get that cabinet out of the garage. Which means...I have a lot of other junk to get out of the way to make space for it. *sigh*
