Lol, quite the memorable moment, that’s for sure. I remember liking Madoka Magica, since it’s such a great deconstruction of the Magical Girl genre, but it is definitely a dark show, but I sometimes like dark stuff. But I haven’t seen Madoka in a looooooong time, lol, same for Baka and Test, I have seen both seasons, but I legit love that show, I have season 1 on a DVD/Blu-Ray combo. I tried showing my brother the show, but he didn’t like it for the weird Japanese humor, he honestly likes stuff more like Trigun, Code Geass, Ergo Proxy, Black Lagoon, Cowboy Bebop, and other similar shows, so I try to show him stuff like that, last time I saw him, he was interested in Gundam from looking at our Stepbrother’s Gundam models. He was liking it, but he was wanting Amuro to stop being annoying, lol. I honestly want to get around to showing him Planetes since I finally have the show on DVD, I can actually highly recommend Planetes if you like Sci-fi anime, it’s actually more grounded and realistic, so not only is it different from normal Sci-fi anime, but it’s a anime that even people not even into anime might enjoy, but I haven’t seen the show in I wanna say 5 years, but I remember giving it a 10/10, for just how amazing it was. I think I have only seen 10 anime, that have the 10/10 rating from me.
Ive heard the title before I just looked it up. Im not super into sci fi. Im familiar with older stuff like Tenchi Muyo and Outlaw Star. I remember liking Banner of the Stars. The last anime I watched is "Reborn!" and"Dominion Tank Police" lol (I got that on VHS I suggest it if you can find it)

Cool, Outlaw Star was really great, I have seen the Tenchi Muyo TV Universe series (The 26 episode series), I want to at least get around to watching the original OVAs, have not seen Banner of the Stars, but have heard of it, I actually really like Reborn, I have Tsuna as a Nendoroid, it really stinks they couldn’t fully adapt the manga of Reborn into the anime, cause I haven’t read the manga, but I heard it has really nice arcs for ending the manga, I will stand to the claim that Reborn is actually one of the better shounen shows out there, in my personal opinion, I have heard of Domion Tank Police, I REALLY need to watch it. I would say the most old school anime I’ve seen are Bubblegum Crisis (An incredibly 80s styled anime), Gundam from the 1979-1980 show (Not new reboots), Royal Space Force: The wings of Homeniase, and I think that’s about it for 1980s anime, seen lots from the 90s, mid 2000s, and current years.

I was actually looking through my list, there is stuff I have regret seeing, but then I see the shows that gave me characters to like, stories to like, and an experience in some of the best shows. So I don’t regret that, just made me to feel not as judgmental on myself for watching awful shows/gave me an appreciation for anime, cause it is so wide and vast, you can basically find a anime for anyone...even if that turns out to something rather unique, Japan is weird. Weird, in a loveable sense, lol.

Yeah unfortunately the manga only is translated up to volume sixteen in english. Yeah I heard about that too. Does it end at a major cliffhanger? Im currently watching it on Crunchy. Yeah Bubblegum Crisis is good. I have a card game called Ani-mayhem (look it up sometime) its a bunch of 80s and 90s anime made into a card game. Its got like Tenchi and Dominion. The game came out in 95 and the last set was Dragonball Z. Have you seen Parasyte?

As far as I know, I’m not sure, I can link the info I know of, only through MAL, Reborn Manga link: https://myanimelist.net/manga/47/Katekyo_Hitman_Reborn?q=Reborn&cat=manga

I want to get around to reading the manga, but I get lazy and forget. That sounds like a cool card game, I will try to check it. Oh yes, Parasyte was really good, it had some slight problems, but a solid show, definitely not for people who don’t like blood/fighting, as it did get intense. When you have seen shows like When they Cry, Another, Baccano, Deadman Wonderland (The manga is WAY BETTER), etc. it kinda toughens you up against seeing blood/gore stuff, which I can see why that would be seen as bad, but it could be the same mindset someone gets if they are a horror fan, desensitized to the gore in those movies, cause those movies still freak me out. NEVER watching It or Chucky, I like sleep thank you very much. Though When they Cry I will stand by as legit being the scariest anime ever, legit there were episodes I watched and couldn’t sleep.

I grew up watching gorey anime and horror movies. I lost my taste for it after I became christian. If the anime is good enough I will look past the gore, but the animes got to be worth it. I got into the Parasyte manga in 05. The manga was released in 00's under tokyo pops original company then Del Ray re relased the manga in 07. The manga actually started in the late 80s and was finished in the early 90s in japan (The manga has a very different art style to the 2014 show) Yes Ive seen clips of Higurashi (When they Cry) I cant see myself watching it lol. There are some animes I regret watching tbh lol (Corpse party for example ). I seen Deadman Wonderland and read the first Volume of the manga. I still like the opening theme to it

Yeah, I don’t blame you for not wanting to watch Higurashi, I watched it when I was getting into anime, cause a friend convinced me to watch it, I didn’t know God, I can appreciate the show as horror and have the Blu-Rays, but I definitely understand cause it legit gets intense, though Season 2 is awesome cause we see everyone have a happy ending, not saying how or why, but Season 2 actually very nicely ties everything up, as it is more focused on explaining and exploring why the stuff that happened in season 1, happened in season 1.

I have read a bit of the parasyte manga, it is cool, but yeah since I’ve been taking my Christian life more into consideration, I’m trying to figure out where my lines are, I would say my list of shows I’ve regret watching looks like this:

-School Days (I only watched it for my Instagram reviewing, was not worth it)
-Akikan
-Aoharu x Machinegun
-Angel Dokuro-Chan (I legit hate this show, it was legit awful and sometimes my twisted sense of humor likes showing it to online friends, or at least I used, when on MAL, I was in clubs and would hang out on Rabit, before it became Kast. I miss Rabit, was a lot easier to use)
-So, I can’t play H
-Dakaichi (Gay show, don’t google it)
-Girls Bravo (Yes I was a stupid person back in the day, treating myself to awful shows for “LOL JAPAN IS WEIRD” type of humor)
-Aria the Scarlett Ammo
-High School DxD (Yes I used to like this show, I will never go back and finish it, for now I know better, just only seen the first 2 seasons)
-Itazura na Kiss
-Junjo Romantica (Also a Gay show, don’t google it)
-Kanokon
-Horizon in the Middle of nowhere
-Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom
-Psycho Pass 2
-World’s Greatest First love (Look, another gay show, don’t google it)
-Sekirei
-Heaven’s lost property
-Speed Grapher
-Trinity Seven

And I think that it is it for now, but it’s hard, cause it’s like I could have easily put “Is this a Zombie?” on this list, but I’m not sure, I don’t feel awful for having seen it, cause I remember it being funny, but I think with a rewatch it could end up my that list I made. Some stuff on the list, is not only Christian regret, a lot of it is, but it is also wasting my time on something awful, as part of the regret as well, and that’s not even including manga, way too much of my time wasted on awful/yaoi manga, I’m really glad and grateful the lord helped me to see him again, and he didn’t give up on me.

Yeah me too, but I think it was for the better, as for myself and as a Christian.

Yeah I’m still legit irritated that we never got Is this a Zombie Season 3, the show really deserves it. I actually used to have manga, but got rid of it, I wasn’t going to finish collecting it all, and it seems as though the manga came off a bit more lewd than the anime, at least in my opinion. But like I said, haven’t seen the show in forever so who knows, lol.

I think you might be one of the few people that I’ve met that knows about Dokuro-Chan, I dunno, I just got this sense of: “If I had to suffer, then everyone gets to suffer” when showing people Dokuro-Chan, not to be mean, mostly for the lols of seeing them trying to comprehend the show, like how I tell people that Inferno Cop is a experience. But the difference is that Inferno Cop is a MILLION TIMES BETTER than Dokuro, if you haven’t check out Inferno Cop, it’s one of those “So stupid it’s amazing” type of anime, if you get what I mean. But yeah I don’t show Dokuro to people anymore, I would rather just show Inferno Cop, since it’s easier to share than Dokuro-Chan.

Yeah I’ve seen it all, I think that show, along with School days, will probably burn in “Anime hell” for they are so awful, they deserve hell, lol. That’s what I feel anyway, saw stuff I didn’t want to, that’s for sure.

Yeah, here’s Inferno Cop’s MAL page: https://myanimelist.net/anime/16774/Inferno_Cop?q=Inferno cop&cat=anime

If you want to see an Animation budget of...basically nothing, then go watch Inferno Cop, I’m legit surprised it hasn’t appeared on Adult Swim yet, the show is like tailor made with its stupidness and humor for that program block. Oh yeah, it’s also on Crunchyroll, sub only, there is no dub.

tbh it reminds me of Ghost Rider in both plot and look
