Do what works for you, try things that makes you happy, but remember true happines only comes when you anchor your self to God and know that whatever circumstances you maybe in, the security you have in knowing Gods love for you is constant, reading and meditating his word, praying.

Arts and craft
Miniature modelling
Ukulele n sing
Watch tv / movies
Listen to music / podcast / sermon
I Watch youtube for food recipe, home and garden videos / home improvements
I cook
Workout
Gardening
Read a good book
Sometimes piano
I Clean / re arrange or redecor my space/ place/ furnitures
Being grateful is one key (when I start to feel sad I think of the more less fortunate than I am, like the orphans, the street children, people who begs, people who are incapacitated, who are bed ridden, abused, or in rehabilitation center.. etc... makes me more appreciative in what I have right now and be thankful to God, also you can pray for them in the process) you'll feel better after.
Try different things, see what you love doing most, find what makes you happy, then incorporate it in your life when you feel lonely, you can do one or more.
Just in moderation when it comes to TV.
