If dishes were fishes
They'd all swim away
Then I'd go and catch them
The very next day
I'd have them for supper
And then I would say
If fishes were dishes
They'd all swim away! - Truman

Speaking of poetry and dishes, who can forget the classic:

And the cow jumped over the moon
The little dog laughed to see such sport
And the dish ran away with the spoon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chicken nuggets! What is a naan bread?
It's a flat bread; East Indian cuisine style :) Best fresh but my fave family-run
restaurant for that type of food is too far away so I buy packaged naans :)

I have posted pics of my home made pizza in Jerry's Midnight Confessions' thread...

One might think I had an inordinate love of pizza lol! It's a good
way to get fresh veggies, carbs, and cheese all in one tasty meal :D

I enjoy slices of fresh tomato on pizza, though I've found that not many others do. But then again, I also like anchovies!

Not to mention Little Miss Muffet (who, as a child I thought was called Muppet)
who sat on her tuffet ( what's a tuffet? I always thought it was a giant nursery rhyme/fairy tail mushroom, but now I think it's a nicer way of saying "she sat on her butt)
eating her curds and whey.

and google tells me this about TUFFET:

So, in a way I guess she was sitting around on her butt :p

I don't think I've ever had curds and whey, but it seems that spiders like them.
I don't care for spiders, so I think I'll pass on the curds and whey...okay?

Hold the anchovies please :giggle: I might like them but I used to think they were little worms. They're a fish! How appropriate lol. Yeah, I put the assemblage in the oven for a little longer than half the time it needs to bake before adding the tomatoes... just so they are thoroughly heated. The cheese has mostly melted by then which allows me to jam them into it so they don't all tumble off, though some inevitably do. The bread crisps, the cheese melts, and all the other veggies are somewhat cooked a little; all in all it is a really great meal even though it is often very messy to eat :):D

Curds is like a not fully processed cheese... a precursor to cheese. Prince Edward County makes awesome curds!

You reminded me of that other thread

I like black cherry yoghurt :)
Jog my memory...but not too hard, you might put me on tilt!
Your post #54 doesn't mention black cherry yoghurt, but when I quoted you, it did. A ghost in the machine!
Black cherry is good...peach is my favorite!

Yeah, I often think of something to add after posting my reply, so as long as it is within the first five minutes (sometimes it's only seconds later) I add it. The other thread was about trivia or something? Useless info, maybe? I told of how some yoghurts use bacterial cultures from less than savory places. I think it was you and one other (Gojira? Japov?) who was begging me to stop. LOL. I like peach yoghurt also, and mango kefir. I like applesauce with mango in it :D Applesauce with blueberries tastes soapy  They've been putting blueberries in my black cherry yoghurt recently. I feel cheated!!!

Hey, if Homer likes it, that's good enough for me! I already enjoy the company of spiders, though they don't enjoy mine!
My kitty used to take care of them. I sure miss her! The only thing our dogs do is bark...and droll!
