A relatively large number of attacks on electric transformers. If you take down ten of these stations it can cause a widespread collapse in the grid. I think you might get a couple of critical blackouts at the moment of attack, but later once you already have a widespread blackout you can then go and blast these transformers to that they don't come back up. No one will be guarding them.
And train derailments with contaminants destroying the water and the fish in the water.

I think the plan is a huge surprise attack like Pearl Harbor followed by four months of total chaos. Looting, crime, terrorizing the people.
What is very clear to me is they don't care if they kill millions of people. If I were China I don't need any stupid Americans who won't understand Chinese. China wants the US farmland, but they don't want Hollywood, or the lawyers or the lobbyists or the politicians or pretty much anything in the major coastal cities.
Russia wants to destroy our military and force whatever is left to try and restore order in the US so they can take charge in the Middle East.
North Korea wants vengeance. Iran wants vengeance and to destroy Israel.
