12 And this shall be the plague wherewith the Lord will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.

A lot is summarized from verses 1 to 12, which spans a bit of history. We have:
1) The Judgment against the inhabitants of Jerusalem
2) Fleeing of the inhabitants of Jerusalem
3) The Messiah comes with His "holy ones" (a day like no other)
4) The judgment against the nations; burning up.
5) Living Water flows out of Jerusalem; Messiah King of all earth
6) Jerusalem is restored and reinhabited; like the Arabah (beautiful); Secured
7) Those left of the nations will worship Messiah on Feast of Tabernacles or receive no rain.
These events are not happening within days of each other.
There were no chapters and verses in the original scriptures. Zechariah 13 ends with the shepherd [being] struck and the sheep scattering. We know this prophesied the Messiah being crucified, giving us our time marker. This means the very next event prophesied in Zechariah 14:1-2 was likely the 70ad siege and destruction of Jerusalem, including the massacre and abuse of some of its inhabitants. The Almighty judged His people for rejecting and participating in His son's murder.
Then in Zechariah 14:3, we read that the Messiah returns with His "holy Ones" (i.e., saints) to judge those nations.. We know this hasn't happened yet so verse 2 and verse 3 are centuries apart. Finally, Zechariah 14:12 describes how The Messiah judges the nations in verse 3.

You believe this is happening spiritually, by the unction of the Spirit from heaven.
...but this isn't what scripture says.
Scripture says The Messiah Himself regathers His people and He leads them home, He is the captain. He enters the land first followed by His "holy ones" (i.e., the saints; His people)...and as 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 says, no one alive who is His is gathered to the Messiah before the dead rise (Ezekiel 37 is the resurrection event, it's why Ezekiel is prophetically referred to as "son of man", pointing to Messiah). The dead have first priority. The whole house of Israel rises to life. And then "those who are alive and remain" are gathered next becoming one flock, Jew and Gentile.
What you call the "rapture of believers" and the gathering of the house of Israel to return to the land is the same event. They are not two events separated by a tribulation while we're in heaven. We are going to live in the land with them. So the fact that gentile believers are not also there with Messiah and resurrected saints means it's not the regathering.
This has been the majority of our feelings for the innocent Palestinians while others here have been less than..."Christlike"...in their blind support of Israeli nationalists who break every law imaginable (including biblical law), simply because of what ethnicity they claim to be. And for a while, it appeared that expressing any compassion for the Palestinians was met with kneejerk accusations of antisemitism.
I submit to you that the "blindness" in Romans 11 doesn't mean unbelief in Messiah, but literally means "blind to their identity"...and when they begin to believe in Messiah and turn back to the Almighty they will rediscover who they really are: their identity as children of Israel, and then Messiah will return to take them home...because part of the prophesied punishment pronounced by Moses was that they would lose their identity, be cut off from their roots and worship false gods.
They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance
Daniel 12:7
And I heard the man clothed in linen, who was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and swore by Him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and a half; and when he shall have accomplished scattering the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.

Unfortunately, Jewish people who claim they never lost their heritage since the temple period bear witness against themselves (without realizing it) that they are not descendants of ancient Israel because it's in direct contradiction to the punishment pronounced against them. Also, scripture says the numbers of Israel would be like the sand of the sea when they are restored. They're not going to be small in number, which is also a witness against this current group.
Finally, let me add that any one of them who obeys the Word of Christ in their hearts will be saved all the same because they will be gentile believers grafted in, but they don't have any promises owed to them because they are not the people of the book.

Unfortunately the Palestinian civilians have been cooperating with Hamas and Hezbollah. Therefore they cannot be deemed to be "innocent". Perhaps it is through fear or perhaps it is through bribes. It does not matter.
And the one thing which is common to both the civilians and the terrorists is the IRRATIONAL HATRED of Israel and the Israelis. So there is no "innocence" which you falsely claim. IOW you a propagandist for the Hamas terrorists.

Well, of course - salvation is the same for all - by grace though faith; however, don't get that confused with Israel [biblically] becoming a nation again - which, by the way, is when the "promises" reach their fulfillment - at/after the Second Coming of Christ - in/during the Millennium.
Are those "promised" borders intact today? Of course not. Because, the time has not come yet - but, it will - at/after the Second Coming of Christ - in/during the Millennium.

a) Broadcasting to the world who the Jews are (and who Israel is) to see who will bless them vs curse them?
OR...
b) Keep the identity of His people secret until Messiah returns to see how the nations treat people who they think are not "chosen" but outcasts?
Which test reveals what is a person's heart? Which is the true test of love?
Why do you think Messiah said there would be people thinking they did great things in His name but be turned away because they didn't take care of the least of His brethren? How can such a situation be possible unless those Christians didn't realize who His brethren were and chose to discount them?

The valley of dry bones prophecy is talking about Israel becoming a nation again - at/after the Second Coming of Christ - in/during the Millennium.
If only He knows, why are you talking as if you know exactly where we are on His timeline???
Little do you realize that you are mistaken - the dry bones prophesy is not being fulfilled in our lifetime - nor will it - before the return of Christ.
Little do you realize that we (history/humanity) have gone through a lot more 'tribulation' than you think. However, the rapture is yet to occur.

Never disagreed with any of this in what I wrote. So far, so good.
When Israel became a nation again it started God's prophetic time clock. And that is all I have ever said.
But there has to be a birth first. That's what happened in 48, like lighting a match. There will be a time when America no longer stands with Israel. They will understand ,once again, that their comes from God alone.
I don't personally believe we have gone through the tribulation yet. I do believe in the rapture and I believe it may be soon.
