The holocaust started for a good reason. They started displacing Jews from the Jewish ghetto who were experiencing a lice outbreak. They were told they were being taken to be treated. That’s why they were told they needed to shave their heads and take mass showers. At first the german people weren’t even sure what exactly what’s happening.

And so it has begun in America. They start displacing, criminals, and immigrants for the good of our country… hopefully history doesn’t repeat itself, but all the red flags are there

Buckle up we’re in for a rough four years.
really? you really went there??

I just got done studying the wonderful book of Romans. It seems to get better every time I read it.
At the end Paul gives a special shout out to his friends in the ministry.
I want to take this post and give a shout out to honor the Apostle Paul for his example of a major mighty man of valor, a true man of God.
I thank the Holy Spirit for His direction to take me from connecting cross references from topic to topic and book to book. He always strengthens me and teaches as I am blessed to be in the family.

With Paul I say,
1Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.

It was probably the wrong time and place. So I will restate my comment without political trappings.

My biggest take away from the holocaust, Is to watch and observe governments who start displacing people on a mass scale.

The best way we can honor the victims of the holocaust is to not repeat the same mistakes.

Never again

In the running for one of the most vile posts I've ever seen in my dozen years on CC.

Beyond shameful.

I Corrected my error and restated my post without the political trappings. I’m a person and I make mistakes like everyone else, yourself included. Don’t act like you’re all high and mighty Ed. You’re a human just like I am and you make mistakes just like me.

You're correction wasn't much better than the original post.

You wrote what's in your heart. What error did you make in your post?

What exactly do you want from me Ed? I took this thread to a political topic when it should’ve remained as a memorial. I refined what I said. Simply to observe governments who repeat the same pattern of behavior as the German government and other totalitarian governments.

Can you please explain to me why it is wrong to observe all governments, and watch for signs of totalitarianism, in order to avoid the mistakes of the past?

Your "correction" remained political, and you have NOWHERE recanted your despicable point that deporting ILLEGAL CRMINAL aliens, (and ALL ILLEGAL aliens have broken the Law and committed a crime) is equivalent to Jews by millions being gassed to death.

Ed Is a Karen who can't handle dissenting opinions. He blocked me a long time ago for disagreeing with him about vaccines

I didn’t equate our present situation to Nazi Germany. I think your, mistaken. I do not think a holocaust is going to happen in America. I don’t disagree with deporting, criminals, and illegal aliens.

However, it would be illogical for me not to recognize the repeated patterns. And discuss them while remembering the holocaust, as a way of keeping on the American tradition since the end of World War II of saying, loudly and clearly.

NEVER AGAIN

If people want to know what the Great tribulation is going to be like they should remember the Lord's word that the tribulation will be worse at that time than anything in human history. The vision in the Left Behind series about what it will be like is way too tame. The Holocaust is the closest analogy we have been given. You can also look at Lahaina, Gaza, the Palisades, N. Carolina, or Kyiv.

The Bible is crystal clear on this, of course there will be another holocaust. The word means "burnt offering" and we know that Armageddon and all the various judgements in Revelation can be likened to a burnt offering. Jesus gave Himself in our place. But for those who did not receive His sacrifice, they will have to pay the price themselves.

Holocaust Memorial Day, observed annually on January 27th, is a day to remember the six million Jewish victims of the Holocaust, as well as millions of other victims persecuted and murdered by the Nazis during World War II. This date was chosen as it marks the anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau, the largest Nazi concentration and extermination camp, in 1945.
The day is also a time to reflect on the consequences of prejudice, hatred, and intolerance, and to honor the survivors who share their stories to educate future generations. It serves as a reminder of the importance of standing against antisemitism, discrimination, and genocide in all forms to ensure that such atrocities are never repeated.
Many countries and communities observe the day with memorial services, educational events, and moments of silence to remember those who suffered and to promote messages of tolerance and humanity.

Oprah Winfrey calls herself a Christian while denying that Jesus is the only way to God.

Years ago before she revealed herself my mother and I use to watch her. The day she went after the Christian lady in her show audience about homosexuality we shut her off. She's certainly shown herself since then.

I think this is just a turn of phrase and you didn't mean it like it was actually a good thing.

And so it has begun in America. They start displacing, criminals, and immigrants
No "it" hasn't begun in America. Illegal immigrants are criminals, criminals are being sent back to where they came from. The Holocaust was about targeting one specific race, the Jews. Others were killed, yes, but it was called the Jewish Solution for a reason. They intended to wipe out the Jews. They sent them to camps and their deaths, many of them. So no, there are no red flags, nothing like that is happening here.

But fortunately after America and our allies stomped the doo doo out of Germany. They decided they don't want to take over the world anymore

Thank you. Yes, I have always wondered that they have had no accidents in Israel on this day. They even pull their cars over on the road to stop and remember and remember those who were murdered or did not survive.
