So @BrianMeir wants us all to join with him in polite and respectful debate about how HE BELIEVES that the Apostle Paul is the wicked spawn of Satan, is of the same ilk as Mohammed and Joseph Smith, and basically the second banana to the antichrist and was empowered by Satan to do lying signs and wonders? And denies the veracity of every encounter Paul had with Jesus? And denies the doctrine of salvation by faith in the risen Christ alone by grace alone?

Do we need to take a vote or something?

Hello Brian, are you referring to these passages ;

Mat 24:26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold,he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.
or this one,
Mat 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Blessings.
Hi Kingdom,

Actually sir, I was referring to Paul's testimony in Galatians 1 where he said he went to Arabia and then Damascus for 3 years. I have heard that it was during this time that Jesus supposedly taught Paul his theology. That might be an idea from Christian tradition or something.

Sincerely,
Brian

It is always a red flag when someone denies that Jesus Christ is God come in the flesh or struggles with that simple phrase.

Let's read it once more...

5 What, after all, is Apollos? And what is Paul? Only servants, through whom you came to believe—as the Lord has assigned to each his task. 6 I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow.

7 So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God,

8 The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be rewarded according to their own labor. 9 For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building.

I'm going to make this personal, for me. I was in ministry for 20yrs. I traveled in Canada and the US. I could say as Paul I "planted the seed", the pastor of the church watered it, God caused it to grow. Each part had a purpose, God enabled one to plant, one to water, but nothing happens unless God causes the growth. Our efforts are in vain.

I was only a servant, as Paul says, I went where God opened the door. Co-workers with God to spread the Good News to the lost. None of what I said gives credit to me, just a servant. A servant knows their place, they know they aren't the master. Paul knew who he was in Christ. Yes, he was bold, once he had been a murderer of Christians. But he was so changed in his conversion, he never forgot who he had been.
A lot of good has come out of Paul's ministry, and from people who have followed in his footsteps.

My opponents in this thread are seriously twisting my words, and in some cases outright lying about me.

I have never gotten to the point where I wholeheartedly reject Paul. I have raised some very serious questions, even accusations, but in the grand scheme of things I think he was a flawed servant of the Lord, and that he wrote plenty of true and useful things, which honestly I have deeply embedded in my heart as scripture I memorized long ago.

Thank you, TRaL, for your personal service to the Lord, reaching out to souls for Him.

Oh really. Something good you say? From a person (Paul) you say is the greatest fraud and deceiver of the entire Church age, who is preaching a false gospel, who lied about pretty much everything, and who you say was empowered by Satan to do lying signs and wonders?

The only good thing that could happen here is shutting down this apostasy boiler room operation you have set up.

Hunter Biden Used Dad's Classified Doc House For $250K Chinese Wire Transfer
A few months after Joe Biden announced his candidacy in 2019, information available to the Committee shows Hunter Biden received two wires from China for $250,000 and $10,000, including from Jonathan Li. More alarming, the wires have Joe Biden’s home in Wilmington, DE as the beneficiary address.

I suppose the crux of Paul's validity comes from whether or not you believe this. You are saying that when Paul lived in the desert 3 years, that Jesus personally and exclusively taught Paul a new theology that Paul then became responsible for codifying. Well, we have Paul's word for it. Which is equal in value to Mohammed's word that he received personal revelation from Gabriel, and Joseph Smith's word that he received personal revelation from Moroni.

Don't be an idiot. You can't trust everything one person says based on their own personal claim that Jesus revealed their message exclusively to them. Especially when the divine being giving the revelation is not in flesh.
Okay, about Paul's words being in perfect accord with the Tanukh, that's incredibly false. Paul was extremely vocal about rejecting law and tradition of the Jews.

Secondly, about his miraculous power and ministry, consider this:
"And he deceives those who dwell on the earth because of the signs which it was given him to perform in the presence of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who had the wound of the sword and has come to life."— Revelation 13:14
The lesson here is, you cannot validate a prophet based on their power alone. You have to examine their message: whom are they supporting.

Thirdly,

You continue to personally attack me.
IMO, You are venturing pretty close to the edge of the vast town known as Bansville, with your repeated assaults against the Apostle Paul, chosen by God to give us 1/3 of the New Testament.

In essence, you are not rejecting Paul, but Him who chose Paul, and the Scriptures themselves.

In acts the apostles and leaders in Jerusalem sent a letter commending the Apostle Paul's ministry. That included James, Peter, John and Jude. Mark and Luke were both coworkers of Paul. So the only NT writer not included in certifying Paul's ministry would be Matthew (I do not know if he was in Jerusalem at this time). Therefore, the attacks on Paul are a clear contradiction of 26 out of 27 of the NT books.
The early church was defined saying:

Acts 2:42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

He is clearly teaching to not continue in the apostles doctrine and fellowship.

You guys are vehemently disagreeing for sure, but you're not really analyzing scripture with me. When you do post scripture, you don't draw analytical conclusions from it, and no one has analytically countered my analytical scriptural points and counterpoints.

It seems to me that you are emotionally linked to a faith in the infallibility of Paul's words. I am trying to tell you that you really shouldn't put so much faith in him. He wasn't Jesus. Maybe my suspicions about his effective usurpation of Jesus are wrong, but he is not the equal of the Lord. It is his status next to Jesus that concerns me, and you should be careful whom you support, and whom you depose, because I am strongly supporting the Lord Jesus. You are clearly fighting on Paul's behalf, but are you fighting on Jesus's behalf?
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. - John 1:1 ESV
All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, - 2 Tim 3:16 ESV
The entire Bible is Jesus' words, which is why I don't like red-letter bibles. An accurate one would be completely red from cover to cover.

Seems to be the fight is between one another's interpretation of Paul, who Peter is said to have commented 'is hard to understand.' Could it be this is what you're actually rejecting rather than Paul himself. Paul readily admitted his 'unworthiness' to champion? the gospel, if that is your argument against his credibility, and often expressed his own awe that it was entrusted to him. Yet, he maintained himself as a prime example of how God's grace actually works.

And in regard to the topic, the difference between who I would support is the difference between one who operates in the spirit of a husband to me (and of course, the nation in general) and the one operates, with regard to that relationship, in the spirit of a pimp.

Is this why they don't like Paul?

Galatians 5: 4 Ye are severed from Christ, ye who would be justified by the law; ye are fallen away from grace.

They think they are justified by the law so they can't stand being told they aren't.

Scriptural Declarations!

We plead together: and declare that we are justified by Your Word and Blood. (Isaiah 43:26)

No weapon that is formed against us shall prosper; and every tongue that rises against us in judgment we condemn. (Isaiah 54:17)

We “shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.” (Psalms 118:17)

Daily Prayer For Pres. Trump:

Lord, Put your ministering, protecting and guardian angels around President Trump and protect him his family, staff, presidency from all harm and evil. Give him 4 more years. Help him kick out the serpents and scorpions! Expose all tricks, traps, traitors, impeachment, and assassination attempts and stop them.

LORD YOU ARE THE STRONG MAN, USE PRES. TRUMP TO BRING JUSTICE AND CLEAN OUR LAND, JUST AS SAMSON USED THE JAWBONE OF AN ASS!

We ask all this in Jesus’ Name. Amen

MOLOCH AND BAAL WORSHIPPERS.

Lord,

I pray that you would send out the ministering, protecting, guardian angels to destroy evil in principalities, powers and rulers of darkness and evil in high places!

I specifically pray you send out the angel/s of Revelation 9:1 and 20:1 who have the key of the bottomless pit to the [DUMBS] deep underground military bases the Moloch and Baal worshippers who torture, kill, eat and drink the blood of humans in sacrifice to their god! I pray you destroy their hiding places even those deep in the earth especially their high technology used for evil purposes. Cause their empire of murder, evil sex, molesting children, sex trafficking of humans, distributing drugs and stealing money around the world to be found, arrested, indicted and swift hard justice to be served this year!

I pray you help righteousness to find and serve justice beginning in your house and extending to the top of the pyramid of evil. Help America to “turn from our wicked ways” so you can heal our land.

I ask this in Jesus’ Name. Amen!

What’s interesting about this chart is the fact that ALL but Florida in the top 10 are deep blue democrat voting states.
