it is the same job to stop people from fighting and being hurt. if you think its easy in a school think again.

unless you dont think children count as people, and criminals are not people with needs either.
or women arent people.

People are PEOPLE.
Thanks for clarifying that you equate managing institutionalized criminals with managing school children :censored:

Having said that men in power can get it wrong, but they’re more professional, and less emotionally led.
I don't buy it for a minute. Men can be and very often are driven by their emotions and behave very unprofessionally. The Bible is full of examples of men in authority behaving badly and being led by their emotions.

Most of the Kings of Israel were wicked. They were not rational or professional leaders.

Abraham was cowardly at times. He told his wife to withhold the truth in order to save his skin on two separate occasions. He also failed to confront the kings who abducted his wife.

King David was driven by lust.

King Solomon married many foreign wives - lust. He allowed them to turn his heart away from God and into idolatry.

King Herod was power hungry and jealous. He had babies killed because he feared that baby Jesus would grow up and take his throne.

Moses was angry and struck the rock.

Paul was violent and ignorant.1 Tim 1:13

King Saul dabbled in withcraft.

King Xerxes, Esther's husband, had a drinking problem.

Jonah was angry at God for being merciful to the Ninevites.

Samson was motivated by lust and pride.

Dathan, Abiram and Korah caused confusion and sowed seeds of discord against Moses and Aaron.

Those are just a few examples. There are plenty other examples in the Bible.

I'm not saying that women make better leaders. I'm saying that BOTH men and women are prone to making emotional decisions. Men are not exempt.

The best leaders, whether male or female, are the ones who walk in the fruit of the spirit. Leaders who walk in the fruit of the spirit are had to find too.

what part of UNEQUALLY yoked do people not understand?

Equality is what God wants for his people, and He even said unlike the Gentiles who Lord it over each other christians are NOT meant to do this.

14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you

Has nothing to do with equality between sexes, which is the subject of the thread.

That’s not an equal rights thing. It’s mutilation of the clitoris to cause the woman to receive no pleasure from sex so she won’t stray. It’s done in the Middle East. Hardly a thriving equal rights area.

On a serious note
I never understood why all men do not treat all women as we are instructed to in the Bible.
Men and women have equal yet separate rolls in God's plan.
If everyone would just do their part we would not be having this discussion.
My wife never wanted to do anything but be a mother and housekeeper.
I honored that wish by working hard so she could stay home.
It was her choice and I honored it.

Full potential for both men and women, should be needed. In certain areas of work women should have increase but not the same as men, for example in physical jobs women tend to do less. However i am all for women rights being a man myself.
