Supreme Court never intended to be the Oligarchy it has become. Our constitution gives the high court the least authority of the 3 branches and never intended them to even have their own building. Then again our Senators were originally appointed by their State’s Governor, not elected by we the people. Congress members who are dual citizens ought never have been tolerated and must be banned. Equally important election laws must be restored to 60’s era with 1 day voting on paper ballots with voter ID, repeal motor-voter laws, no mail in ballots for all/any, voting rolls back in County hands with no machine voting or tabulations if we are ever to restore USA to as intended.

The governor could appoint Senators in the event of a vacancy.
