I was suggesting the lamb had to be sacrificed as a clean animal to redeem or break the neck of a Ass (kill) a unclean animal to represent unconverted mankind. God is not served by human hands in any way shape or form .
Like circumcision another sign of the "first born" our bloody husband Christ.
Exodus 13:13 And every firstling of an ass thou shalt redeem with a lamb; and if thou wilt not redeem it, then thou shalt break his neck: and all the firstborn of man among thy children shalt thou redeem.
A swine is another .But no law to break neck if not redeemed by a lamb. That parable seems to be reserved for the Ass.
He has no needs but works in us to satisfy his all in all.
He never changed in the middle of the sentence as to whom he was addressing. Peter did not say Jesus had the flesh of eternal life.

He was referring to his own corrupted flesh he was born into. It must of been typified as sinful in order to do what the letter of the law as that which kills could not do. Heal or create anew .His word is Spirit and is life giving. the flesh profits for zero.

Without parable Christ spoke not .(you are missing the other parts of the understanding. . . the silver and gold. )
There is only one kind of unclean .That which is not purified by faith as a work of God unseen. They are both unclean used in different parables. Both showing God is not served by human hands . It applies to unbelievers. Just like the parable with Balaam's Ass .
In one way you could say how beautiful are the feet of Balaam's donkey sent with the word of good news.
Showing us if God so desired he can use a unbeliever to perform o his will of getting out the gospel as shown by that work of God prophesying through a Ass. It restrained the madness of that false prophets. Just as with Peter's madness when Jesus said to Peter get behind me Satan . The father putting those words in the mouth of the Son of man , Jesus.

Remember if we are walking by faith we look to the thing hid the eternal not seen. . not to the things seen the temporal .If not you forfeit the understanding of the parable.

What else could a person conclude .those who walked away in unbelief No faith that alone comes from hearing God. they were hoping the corrupted flesh of Christ could profit as a form of paganism, Judaism . . those who do glory in the thing seen . Peter did not say to whom can we go you have the flesh of eternal life. That's a Catholic doctrine as a law of the fathers.....
What do you think of this? Friday is a day of preparation, so that no work need be done on the Sabbath. Set aside the Sabbath; it is an appointment with God. Are you going to miss it? 1 John 5:3 "For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments; and His commandments are not burdensome." Just kind of thinking out loud.
According to the previous era of sabbaths as rest. Sabbath is not a time sensitive word. We are not to add new meaning to a word ...it can change the authors intent as in this case . Adding time to it takes away its ability to give us rest anytime we mix faith in what we do see or hear. This rest as a ceremonial shadow has been changed to a new era of rests .

Someone substituted the word rest (sabbath) for the word week . A word (evdomáda) that is not even used in the Greek new testament .
They used days 7 days. Not Sabbath week
evdomáda is not the same word, as Sabbath.
Same with the use of the word in the fasting verse. Rather than I fast twice of the sabbath the rendering is I fast twice during the week.
The normal fast was three meals a day. Slim Jim was looking for bragging rites
