Gods word says it Rom 9:13
13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.
And I dont believe Esau or others God hates will He have Mercy upon, because they, His Love and Mercy go hand in hand in His Salvation Eph 2:4-5
4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved)
If you had paid attention to the context in Romans 9 you would see that Rom 9:13-16
13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.
14 What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid.
15 For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.
16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.
Found out why I never fitted in, no matter how hard I tried. It is because am one of God's elect.
John 15:19

19 If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.

Found out, am the only one in my natural family that is elect. After the true gospel is told to people. Nonelects go back to sinning after they try not to sin after 1 day or a few days. God's elects receive the Holy Spirit, sinful nature gets removed, changes from sinner to saint, not understanding the bible to understanding it and more.
Pre-salvation for God's elect is like bottom verse. Wanting to be free from sin and seeking God's love. Family love is not enough.
While nonelects try not to sin because they are afraid of the lake of fire.
