???????????

Where does the Holy Spirit fit in here?

John 16:13
“When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.”
The Holy Spirit speaks to conscience and intuition. I thought that was self evident, my mistake.

Nadab and Abihu offered strange fire that the Lord had not commanded them. Apparently, they were supposed to offer incense with sanctified fire from the temple. Some preachers make much of the fact that they were not commanded to use the fire and try to apply that to whatever thing that is not specifically commanded that they think should be forbidden in church meetings.
Some interpretations of that event is confusing. There is no justification to use it as an example of disobedience in ignorance. I know what that is like. I was invited by a church musician to practice with him and to play on stage. Bad idea, according to the leadership. I found somewhere much more welcoming after that. That church no longer exists. I am not surprised.

God has already given instructions about the incense. Nadab and Abihu either did not know or ignored those instructions. God is not unfair or unjust. His word is clear if people take the time to discover it.

You have "read it to here" but you still have not explained the original post. The first five responses asked you to explain, or implied that it was unclear.

The sum total of your explanation is quoting someone else and responding, "This closer to what I had in mind."

Instead of leaving us guessing, how about YOU tell US exactly what you had in mind.

Man the new age religion folks never miss an opportunity to attack.
Christ >>>>>IS<<<<<<< our salvation providing we follow the law to His satisfaction.
well then you must fit in with the cursed generation who combines law with salvation. follow the law for salvation. right

you do not know what you are on about. where in Galatians does Paul tell anyone to add the law to faith in Christ?

and for the record, New Age? attacking? take a chill pill. no new age.

English isn't your first language, is it?

No shame in that, but please understand this: Your thread title question is not clear. Your intention is not clear. We can't give you good answers because we don't know exactly what you're asking. So... please re-word your title question, and provide some context and explanation so that we do understand what you are asking.

I gave context in some of the posts. No, English is not my first language.

You can do anything you wish. Most people ignore the Bible.

It is only committed Christians who obey the commandments of God and Christ.

Some interpretations of that event is confusing

Gideon is correct as there are many examples of behavior wherein the Bible does not provide the full background or context of the event and the situation involving Nadab and Abihu is a prime example, They abused their office by offering illegitimate fire. Just what made the fire illegitimate is not stated, but it was probably more than just getting intoxicated (suggested by the immediate prohibition to priests not to drink wine or intoxicating liquor when on duty). However, intoxication may have contributed to their wrongdoing. For their transgression, they were killed by fire from God and their bodies were disposed of outside the camp.

We can be confident that their transgression was abundantly clear and well-articulated to them before the evil behavior occurred. But regarding the specifics, we can only speculate...

I start by searching scripture to make sure something is not a sin. If I can do it unto the Lord, all is good.

Leviticus 10

King James Version

10 And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the Lord, which he commanded them not.
2 And there went out fire from the Lord, and devoured them, and they died before the Lord.
3 Then Moses said unto Aaron, This is it that the Lord spake, saying, I will be sanctified in them that come nigh me, and before all the people I will be glorified. And Aaron held his peace.

Numbers 3

King James Version

3 These also are the generations of Aaron and Moses in the day that the Lord spake with Moses in mount Sinai.
2 And these are the names of the sons of Aaron; Nadab the firstborn, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
3 These are the names of the sons of Aaron, the priests which were anointed, whom he consecrated to minister in the priest's office.
4 And Nadab and Abihu died before the Lord, when they offered strange fire before the Lord, in the wilderness of Sinai, and they had no children: and Eleazar and Ithamar ministered in the priest's office in the sight of Aaron their father.

Numbers 26:61
King James Version
61 And Nadab and Abihu died, when they offered strange fire before the Lord.

Now Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, each took his censer and put fire in it and laid incense on it and offered unauthorized fire before the LORD, which he had not commanded them. And fire came out from before the LORD and consumed them, and they died before the LORD. (Lev. 10:1–2)

"The Hebrew word translated “strange” means “unauthorized, foreign, or profane.” God not only rejected their sacrifice; He found it so offensive that He consumed the two men with fire. "

"It could mean “strange,” as in something abhorrent or loathsome. For instance, in Job 19:[17] we read, “My breath is strange (zar) to my wife, and I am a stench to the children of my own mother.” "

Thanks Learner for helping us to understand better the possible answers to this question. For some, it seems a little erudite to do a deep dive on this historical event, but for long-time Bible learners this is a fascinating study project. One take-away is that the commandments, laws and statutes given to the Israelites and to Christians for that matter were always well articulated and explained so that there was no excuse for humans to be ignorant: (Genesis 26:3-6): " on account of the fact that Abraham listened to my voice and continued to keep my requirements, my commands, my statutes, and my laws. (Genesis 26:5).
