External life, being eternal, means that it is never ending and can't be lost thereby being OSAS. To be even more precise,
anyone's name God had written into the book of life from the foundation of the world, will be saved (and cannot be unsaved) and given eternal life.
Okay, below is my reply using only verses from the Bible (KJV) to satisfy your challenge (as I understand it). Observe the "for ever" and "eternal life" in those verses.
[Heb 10:14-16 KJV]
14 For by one offering
he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
[1Jo 5:13 KJV] 13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye
have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
[Jhn 10:28 KJV]
28 And
I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any [man] pluck them out of my hand.
[Act 13:48 KJV]
48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord:
and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.
[1Jo 5:13 KJV]
13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that
ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
