I hope this has been edited well enough. I’ve looked through it a few times and may have missed a thing or two.
First, let me explain to an important thing that is tantamount to understanding what will happen. America is Babylon and, after her destruction, the eight (and last) head of Babylon is the Beast [Russia]. Because Babylon is represented by different kingdoms at different times throughout the Bible, every Babylon’s end is the same: destruction. The interesting thing is, throughout the Bible, scriptures that discuss the destruction of Babylon are all prophetic and although they refer to different Babylons, in some cases they refer to all Babylons (I hope I can make that statement clearer by the time I’m done.)
Secondly, The Beast is one man and one kingdom with many names in the Bible. The Beast is the Russian kingdom led, most probably, by Vladimir Putin. Most people refer to this person as “AntiChrist”, but that is misleading at face value. His first motive is not to kill the saints or to destroy them, his motive is absolute authoritarian rule – going so far as to destroy the world and mankind to quench his thirst for power. He will eventually overpower and bring into submission every type of worship and government that is against him and will crush all that oppose him until his end. This will cause the death of many/most of Christ’s saints and faithful believers and many Jews as well. Gog, the son of perdition, the King of (the eighth and last) Babylon in Isaiah 14:3-23, Abaddon, Apollyon, The Destroyer, the Fourth Beast/Kingdom of Daniel 7:7, The King of the North, The Abomination of Desolation – all these are the names of the man/kingdom responsible for destroying the Earth throughout Jesus’ Apocalypse. Even when these scriptures were speaking of other things in the Bible, they were the foreshadowing of this man/kingdom to come. Daniel 7:7 “After this I saw in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, terrifying and dreadful and exceedingly strong. It had great iron teeth; it devoured and broke in pieces and stamped what was left with its feet. It was different from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns.”
With that in mind, let me begin my explanation:
Rev 6:1 I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals. Then I heard one of the four living creatures say in a voice like thunder, “Come!” I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.
[This rider is the president of Russia. At this time, it is Vladimir Putin. He has been given a bow. His bow is the strategic nuclear forces of bombers, submarines, and ICBMS. His arrows are the nuclear missiles.]
Rev 6:12-17 I watched as the Lamb opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth, the whole moon turned blood red, and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind. The heavens receded like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place. Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and everyone else, both slave and free, hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains. They called to the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can withstand it?”
[This is the nuclear destruction of America, the seventh head of Babylon by the Beast and his coalition of willing kings. This event is so significant, it is considered one of the seal’s of Jesus’ Apocalypse. It brings to an end the beginning of sorrows and ushers in the Great Tribulation.
For America, this Mystery Babylon, her destruction will come as a thief in the night and it will come swiftly. This is the Word of the Lord (it is important to note that these are not the full account of the scriptures here – only the ones pertinent to America’s coming judgment).]
Isaiah 13 This is the prophecy against Babylon: Raise a banner on a bare hilltop, shout to them; beckon to them to enter the gates of the nobles. I have commanded those I prepared for battle; I have summoned my warriors to carry out my wrath – those who rejoice in my triumph.
Listen, a noise on the mountains, like that of a great multitude! like nations massing together! The Lord Almighty is mustering an army for war. They come from faraway lands, from the ends of the heavens [the other side of the world] – the Lord and the weapons of his wrath – to destroy the whole country [nuclear weapons].
Wail, for the day of the Lord is near; it will come like destruction from the Almighty [as stated in Rev 6:12-17]. Because of this, all hands will go limp, every heart will melt with fear. Terror will seize them, pain and anguish will grip them; They will look aghast at each other, their faces aflame. [The absolute reality and fear that will grip Americans as they realize they are about to be destroyed in nuclear holocaust. People will faint and die from fear.]
See, the day of the Lord is coming—a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger—to make the land desolate and destroy the sinners within it. The stars of heaven and their constellations will not show their light. The rising sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light. I will punish the world for its evil, the wicked for their sins [as stated in Rev 6:12-17, Joel 2:31, Acts 2:20, and Matthew 4:29]. I will put an end to the arrogance of the proud and will humble the pride of the ruthless.
I will make people scarcer than pure gold, Therefore I will make the heavens tremble; and the earth will shake from its place at the wrath of the Lord Almighty, in the day of his burning anger. [nuclear holocaust and it’s earth-shattering effects]
Their infants will be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses will be looted and their wives violated. Their bows [nuclear missiles] will strike down the young men; they will have no mercy on infants, nor will they look with compassion on children [all of our children will die before our eyes]. Babylon, the jewel of kingdoms, the pride and glory of the Babylonians, will be overthrown by God like Sodom and Gomorrah [completely]. She will never be inhabited or lived in through all generations; Her time is at hand, and her days will not be prolonged.
Isaiah 47 “Go down, sit in the dust, Virgin Daughter Babylon; sit on the ground without a throne, queen city of the Babylonians. Your nakedness will be exposed and your shame uncovered. I will take vengeance; I will spare no one [no one!].”
Our Redeemer—the Lord Almighty is his name—is the Holy One of Israel.
“Now then, listen, you lover of pleasure, lounging in your security and saying to yourself, ‘I am, and there is none besides me. I will never be a widow or suffer the loss of children.’ [American attitude of “it can’t happen here”] Both of these will overtake you in a moment, on a single day: loss of children and widowhood. They will come upon you in full measure, in spite of your many sorceries and all your potent spells.
You have trusted in your wickedness; disaster will come upon you, and you will not know how to conjure it away. A calamity will fall upon you that you cannot ward off with a ransom; a catastrophe you cannot foresee will suddenly come upon you. All the counsel you have received has only worn you out! Let your astrologers come forward, those stargazers who make predictions month by month, let them save you from what is coming upon you. Surely they are like stubble; the fire will burn them up. They cannot even save themselves from the power of the [nuclear] flame. There is not one that can save you. [None of the wise Americans or their missile defense shields or their international hacking and spying, none of the daily horoscope writers, none of the other multitude of seers and fortune-tellers will be able to foresee or defend against God’s hand of judgment.]
Revelation 16 One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and said to me, “Come, I will show you the punishment of the great prostitute, who sits by many waters. With her the kings of the earth committed adultery, and the inhabitants of the earth were intoxicated with the wine of her adulteries.”
Then the angel carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness. There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was covered with blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns. The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and was glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls. She held a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominable things and the filth of her adulteries. The name written on her forehead was a mystery:
babylon the great
the mother of prostitutes
and of the abominations of the earth.
Then the angel said to me, “The waters you saw, where the prostitute sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations and languages [America’s the melting pot of the world and the greatest military conqueror of all time with military bases in over a hundred nations]. The beast and the ten horns you saw will hate the prostitute [the Beast is the Russian kingdom]. They will bring her to ruin and leave her naked; they will eat her flesh and burn her with fire [with nuclear weapons]. For God has put it into their hearts to accomplish his purpose by agreeing to hand over to the beast their royal authority, until God’s words are fulfilled [God has put it in their hearts!]. The woman you saw is the great city that rules over the kings of the earth [with our magic spell and idol called ‘The Almighty Dollar’].”
Lament Over Fallen Babylon
Revelation 18 After this I saw another angel coming down from heaven. He had great authority, and the earth was illuminated by his splendor. With a mighty voice he shouted: ‘Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great! She has become a dwelling for demons and a haunt for every impure spirit, unclean bird, and every unclean and detestable animal. For all the nations have drunk the maddening wine of her adulteries. The kings of the earth committed adultery with her, and the merchants of the earth grew rich from her excessive luxuries [what other country can that be said about besides America?].”
Warning to Escape Babylon’s Judgment
Then I heard another voice from heaven say: ‘Come out of her, my people, so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues; for her sins are piled up to heaven, and God has remembered her crimes. Give back to her as she has given; pay her back double for what she has done. In her heart she boasts, ‘I sit enthroned as queen. I am not a widow; I will never mourn.’ [Again, the American attitude – some of you reading this right now are saying the exact same thing in your mind.] Therefore in one day her plagues will overtake her: death, mourning and famine. She will be consumed by fire, for mighty is the Lord God who judges her. [Consumed by nuclear fire in one day.]
Threefold Woe Over Babylon’s Fall
“When the kings of the earth who committed adultery with her and shared her luxury see the smoke of her burning, they will weep and mourn over her. Terrified at her torment, they will stand far off [nuclear radiation] and cry: ‘Woe! Woe to you, great city, you mighty city of Babylon! In one hour your doom has come!’ [Doom in ONE HOUR] “The merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her because no one buys their cargoes anymore. “They will say, ‘The fruit you longed for is gone from you. All your luxury and splendor have vanished, never to be recovered.’ The merchants who sold these things and gained their wealth from her will stand far off, terrified at her torment [nuclear radiation and destruction]. They will weep and mourn and cry out: ‘Woe! Woe to you, great city, In one hour such great wealth has been brought to ruin!’ [In ONE HOUR, all the wealth of America, brought to ruin!]
“Every sea captain, and all who travel by ship, the sailors, and all who earn their living from the sea, will stand far off [they stand far off for fear of the nuclear radiation]. When they see the smoke of her burning, they will exclaim, ‘Was there ever a city like this great city?’ They will throw dust on their heads, and with weeping and mourning cry out: ‘Woe! Woe to you, great city, where all who had ships on the sea became rich through her wealth! [all who had ships became rich through her wealth – there exists only one economic superpower like that in the world] In one hour she has been brought to ruin!’ [ONE HOUR – it was stated three times in the passage to verify the absolute certainty of it]
The Finality of Babylon’s Doom
Then a mighty angel picked up a boulder the size of a large millstone and threw it into the sea, and said: “With such violence the great city of Babylon will be thrown down, never to be found again. The music of musicians, will never be heard in you again. No worker of any trade will ever be found in you again. The sound of a millstone will never be heard in you again. The light of a lamp will never shine in you again. The voice of bridegroom and bride will never be heard in you again. Your merchants were the world’s important people. By your magic spell all the nations were led astray. [the destruction is complete destruction]
