Taken completely on its own, I would argue that article 11 does, in fact, establish that the United States is not a Christian government. However, and any respectable academic would agree, you cannot simply look at one piece of evidence to try and establish a historical (or any other) fact. In history, you must look at evidence that is contradictory in order to gain a more precise understanding of context. Take, for example, this 1798 proclamation from President John Adams, who was president when the Treaty of Tripoli was ratified, which states,

“[T]he safety and prosperity of nations ultimately and essentially depend on the protection and the blessing of Almighty God, and the national acknowledgment of this truth is not only an indispensable duty which the people owe to Him, but a duty whose natural influence is favorable to the promotion of that morality and piety without which social happiness can not [sic] exist nor the blessings of a free government be enjoyed.”​

I am merely pointing out that the United States Senate [DID PASS] this into Law.
Which means, they PASSED into LAW, [that the USA Government is not Founded upon Christian Values/Beliefs/Merits/Etc.

Sure puts more about America in perspective doesn't it?!!! Christianity has EVERYTHING to do with why America is great. (and any other country for that matter)

The account of Rev. John Marrent was incredible. I never even heard of this young man and he was only 13 and 14!! Not to mention ALL the other accounts of the black men and women who were involved in making America great. And the Americans who tried so hard to stop slavery along the way. It's always been a fight against good and evil.

I place some here on ignore and believe we must in these last of the last days when there are so very many who by their own choice will seek out only what supports the adversaries agenda which is in opposition of the Galatans 5 attributes.
This I believe is in keeping with our guidance in Ephesians to turn away from those who are not walking in His truth.
I have shared the David Barton video quite a few times here on CC, yet still see many posts that cling to the erroneous view of history, this iliteracy is rampant. I have spoke with college "educated" who are spending huge amounts of money to be taught drivel from the adversary.

I believe people should prayerfully research the benefits and risks of the vaccine and do what they fell in their heart is right, seeking guidance of the Holy Spirit.

I have mixed feelings about the vaccine. I have been considering getting one for weeks, but the fact that it does not always prevent you from getting COVID, does not always prevent spread of COVID, the fact that it is basically an experimental drug, the fact that there have been very harmful, even fatal side effects, the fact that the government and the media lie to us incessantly, the fact that EVERYTHING is a symptom of COVID, etc. the fact that the government practically acts like the vac offers little to no protection at all if you get the poke many things cause me to pause.

I think what’s bad is the division this is causing. And part of me thinks that this is a way to make those who are unvaccinated a scapegoat for future COVID spikes. If I could trust the statistics that are put out there, I wouldn’t be so skeptical, but I caught the government and media in too many lies the past several years.

I will probably get the poke eventually. But not because I get guilted into it. Logically, if others have the vac they should be safe. The fact that the government is acting like the pokes accomplish almost nothing is interesting.

Don't do it. My sister and her husband were forced to get the jab early in Sept here in NY and they did NOT want it. They were angry and sick that their livelihood and their soon retirement would be in danger so they submitted to being forced to take the jab.

Then only weeks later they found out through the grapevine their companies were getting a lot of push back from other employees who conflicted about this vaccine and then refused to submit and were going to take them to court. LATER this month my sisters companies owner said he will not force their employees to get the vaccine. Then later her husband's NYS company set back the time for forcing their employees to get the shot.

People are fighting these mandates now more than before. It's slow going but too many inconsistencies about this vaccine's safety and after effects cannot be ignored and more facts about covid are coming out every day.

You mentioned covid spikes.... It stands to REASON that allowing illegal infected aliens flood the boarders has SOMETHING to do with "spikes"

(Infected unvaccinated illegal aliens living under Texas bridges) While other illegal aliens are flooding boarder states while our illegitimate president and his corrupt staff DO NOTHING...
