This increased awareness you speak of is a mirage. People are becoming increasingly ignorant as they become more and more secularized in this anti biblical age.

There are those who will accept the truth and therefore increase in their knowledge; and there are those who will refuse to accept the truth, and therefore continue to believe the lies the worlds governments continue to feed the masses, and thus will remain ignorant.
The ones who accept the truth, are they who today are being sealed with Gods seal described in Revelation 7, while they who knowingly refuse to accept the truth are they in 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12.

As we must live under governments that take more and more control of our lives, our reactions to this becomes more and more important. It should be that as the world of the flesh becomes more and more impossible, we become more and more aware of the beauty and wonder of the spiritual world.

We are living in spiritual Babylon, and it is becoming spiritual Sodom. God looks to those who are true to Him, those few are powerful forces for good. It is true that the works of those few are not looked at when God offers salvation for them, but when their works reflect God they are powerful works. The more we must suffer because of the works of the devil, the more we are to put the armor of the Lord around us.

We need wisdom and knowledge of what in this world is not of God, even the little things like looking to the stars for direction instead of looking to God. The Lord asks us to forgive others and love them, society asks us to accept sinfulness as acceptable. They call tolerance of sin accepting and loving others. The Lord says that sex is beautiful and it unites a couple in marriage, society says that being openly sexy to all is beautiful. It has become that instead of saying a person is beautiful they say a person is sexy. We often can't control the take over of our lives that government is doing, but we can refuse to be part of these smaller things. God in control always results in justice.

It will finally come down to a decision we must make---what is more important to us our eternal life or our fleshly life.

I explained in earlier posts on this thread how Daniel 8 describes the world in these end times run by those who transgress and bring about indignation. I also explained how the people in Daniel 11 whose knowledge of truth increases during these end times is in relation to these transgressions that are carried out by the world's governments continual lies.

They who are of the world, accept the carnal sins of the world. There is no true knowledge increase among those individuals, and therefore they are not the people of whom the Lord refers to as increasing in knowledge during the worst of times, near the end.
If you read through some of my earlier posts on this thread, you will see the correlations I pieced together about the Antichrist in Daniel 8 & 11 in which the transgressors throughout the world are running rampant, being when knowledge among the true increases.

It's all over the news, every single day, where the environment is collapsing here in such a way, and collapsing in another area in such a way, and etc. etc. etc. The world's governments ever since the Kyoto protocol in 1998, have all been promising to do something about limiting our destruction of the planet from fossil fuels, only to every year increase in burning more fossil fuels. The public throughout the world is therefore becoming more aware daily that their leaders true intent is to maintain the status quo of fossil fuel use.
Look at the plagues in Revelation 8 & 9, which the Lord in Revelation 9:20 attributes to the love mankind has for the things his hands produce. The things we all love are mostly produced in fossil fuel burning factories.

Yes and it is GOD wrath being poured out that is doing it a man will not be able to stop it not the lie of global warming or freezing and not the false narrative of climate change. I live here in the U.S., and my accepting knowledge about how our environment is being destroyed from fossil fuel use is truth, and not deception. Who do you think those are in 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 who reject the truth, so that they may enjoy the pleasures of this world, who choose the lie and believe in delusions?
Who do you think those are in Revelation 7 who are being sealed with Gods seal of truth, just prior to when the plagues in Revelation 8 destroys one third of all of earth's environmental resources, which is attributed in Revelation 9:20 to the love mankind has for the things his hands produce?

In my opening post, I had a small excerpt from Fox news which partially explained how the Black live matter movement was assimilated to become part of the Woke movement, which throughout the world is mostly about the injustices being carried out by the world's governments throughout the world. Don't lump one injustice in one country into being the whole of injustices throughout the world.

The politicians and the industrialists are all very well aware of the truth. They simply reject the truth as 2 Thessalonians 2:9-13 explains they prefer to accept and believe in a lie so that they may take pleasure in unrighteousness, that is the world today.
The poor and downtrodden are not taking much pleasure in the unrighteous injustices of the world today, but are experiencing more unjust acts upon themselves, and thus are becoming more aware/woke to the truth about this world, and are increasing in true knowledge.
