You cannot understand the OT without giving the NT priority.
The new testament is the old revealed. The old is the new hidden.
You have sown much discourse in your posts. Trying the saints patients here will not go good for you. You seem to go with every wind of doctrine that comes along.
You lack foundational truth. With much prayer and meditation are the truth of God's word revealed. My advice for you friend is to stop you tubing opinions and start being a berean.
Praying for you Dave-L.

What you need to do is back your claims with scripture. Prove anything I've said so far is untrue and I'll take another look at it. Slander and insults are no substitute for scripture.

But this is the New Heavens and Earth. If not, all you have in the millennium are resurrected saints for Satan to deceive and war against each other when the 1000 years end.
The Saints who take part in the Rapture/ first reasurection at the beggining of the 1000 years shall never be decieved again.. When satan is released from the pit at the end of the 1000 years he will go out to decieve the peoples / nations that Jesus and the Saints have been ruling over for those 1000 years..

During the millenium the following will be happening::

Zechariah 14: KJV
16"¶ And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles. {17} And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain. {18} And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith the LORD will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles. {19} This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles."

Why do you think the Book of Revelations tells us that Jesus shall be ruling over them with a Rod of iron when he returns?

Revelation 19: KJV
11 "And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. {12} His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. {13} And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. {14} And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. {15} And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. {16} And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS."

Is the LORD Jesus,, The Word of God going to be ruling the reasurected / raptured Saints with a Rod of Iron ??

Nooo He is going to be ruling every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem with that Rod of Iron.. And the Saints will be ruling these nations with Him..

Jesus refutes the physical Millennium. You need to learn his view before dabbling with Revelation.
This is just a statement of your positon Dave-L ... You want others to back up their statements with scripture right?? Sooo??

You are a Dispensationalist. We will never communicate. We can only examine your system and show where it fails.

I am a believer in what the scriptures say.. You can try and put me into some theological box but i will continue to believe scripture.. I have posted scripture to you that supports my beliefs.. I have responded to the scripture you have posted and shown you why you have misinterpreted those scriptures you believe support your POV..

The Rapture is a Dispensationalist mainstay. Much of what they say revolves around it. But not one scripture mentions it in a pre-trib setting.

I think many are confused because the Jews, Israel, look for an earthly kingdom not a heavenly kingdom. Christians should look for both.

For the cause of Christ

Jesus his kingdom is not of this world (age). And it only mentions 2 worlds (ages). This evil one and the eternal kingdom to come.

God’s Covenant with David
(1 Chronicles 17:1-15)

1After the king had settled into his palace and the LORD had given him rest from all his enemies around him, 2he said to Nathan the prophet, “Here I am, living in a house of cedar, while the ark of God remains in a tent.”

3And Nathan replied to the king, “Go and do all that is in your heart, for the LORD is with you.”

4But that night the word of the LORD came to Nathan, saying, 5“Go and tell My servant David that this is what the LORD says: Are you the one to build for Me a house to dwell in? 6For I have not dwelt in a house from the day I brought the Israelites out of Egypt until this day, but I have moved about with a tent as My dwelling. 7In all My journeys with all the Israelites, have I ever asked any of the leadersa I appointed to shepherd My people Israel, ‘Why haven’t you built Me a house of cedar?’

8Now then, you are to tell My servant David that this is what the LORD of Hosts says: I took you from the pasture, from following the flock, to be the ruler over My people Israel. 9I have been with you wherever you have gone, and I have cut off all your enemies from before you. Now I will make for you a name like the greatest in the land.

10And I will provide a place for My people Israel and will plant them so that they may dwell in a place of their own and be disturbed no more. No longer will the sons of wickedness oppress them as they did at the beginning 11and have done since the day I appointed judges over My people Israel. I will give you rest from all your enemies.

The LORD declares to you that He Himself will establish a house for you. 12And when your days are fulfilled and you rest with your fathers, I will raise up your offspring after you, who will come from your own body, and I will establish his kingdom. 13He will build a house for My Name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever. 14I will be his Father, and he will be My son.b When he does wrong, I will discipline him with the rod of men and with the blows of the sons of men.

15But My loving devotion will never be removed from him as I removed it from Saul, whom I moved out of your way. 16Your house and kingdom will endure forever before Me,c and your throne will be established forever.”

17So Nathan relayed to David all the words of this entire vision.

And when thy days [David] be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, I will set up thy seed after thee, which shall proceed out of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom. He shall build an house for my name, and I will stablish the throne of his kingdom for ever.” 2 Samuel 7:12–13 (KJV 1900)

Notice, this happens while David is still buried.

I don't believe in a pre-trib rapture..... So much for your dispensationalist mainstay..
