Do you also think the Lord will bless those who bless Israel?

Is it still in effect?
The Lord has by Son blessed us all in forgiving us all by Son's only one time willing death done once for everyone, 2 Cor 5:17-20, John 19:30, Hebrews 9:14-17
All that is left is to personally, believe between God and me, you and anyone else that wants new life in Spirit and Truth in the risen Son Jesus for them. Father gives this free.
Unless one asks amiss, and wants it, to spend it on their own pleasures, and Father knows who are who and what is what, and lets that be for now, for us all to choose consciously who we will serve God or evil. By choosing pleasures, that is only temporal, not eternal.
God blesses those that believe God and those that do not yet, he lets go (Reprobate mindset) for people to see, as people put themselves in troubles over their own mistakes along the way. Making bad choices they probably think, thought are good ones at first and are not. I found out the hard way, doing my own thing and I did it to me and others did it too. God never caused any harm on me or does on anyone, I am accountable, might be time for each of us to be accountable too?
God blessed us all by Son to live new and I did not see it at first, Yet God blessed me to live to see and be new and learn new from God. Amazing grace is truthfully is, thanks Father and Son as Won

Why would you say that? No one cursed anyone, except God letting the curses befall physical Israel, who are still under a curse. But you've been conditioned to oppose someone who believes the revealed wisdom of scripture regarding the Seed and Christ.
Idolatry. Some ascribe the same reverence and worship to heathen governments that we are supposed to ascribe to God.

You have got to be kidding me.
I fear friend, you might just have barbequed somebody's sacred cow?

Beginning in 1948 when Israel returned to "physical Israel" (as was prophesied) the country began to transform from a desert to a green and fertile land which was also spoken in prophesy. Animals have began returning as well. So cursed or not things are falling into place.

The land of Canaan was flowing with milk and honey before the Israelites entered it millennia ago. That the land is good does not mean God is pleased with its inhabitants. To believe such is effectively a (false) prosperity "gospel".

Those who refuse to acknowledge what happened to the Jews after they crucified the Messiah can simply look further back at what happened to the Canaanites.

Until Israel returned the land was desolate. Due to 100s of years of war. The milk and honey left when God did.

“I will make you into a great nation,
and I will bless you;
I will make your name great,
and you will be a blessing.
3 I will bless those who bless you,
and whoever curses you I will curse;
and all peoples on earth
will be blessed through you

Do you think this still applies to the people of Israel?

I will bless those who bless you,
While Israel was a organized people and nation, yes.

Neither are true today.

Let’s test a theory…

Paul wrote in Galatians:

26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.

So, since I am Abraham’s seed in Christ and I receive the promises given to Abraham, do the people who curse me also receive curses?

I believe that Genesis 12:1-3 is applicable to gentile believers too!

In light of that, you should be more patient with the Israelites and not hate them. We don't know who of them will become Christians and/or become part of the 144,000. Hating them is just going to give them reason not to want to come to Jesus.

If you're a gentile believer and part of Abraham's seed, God can and will discipline you anyway if you're unrepentant in your hate for Israel or delighting in your heart when something bad happens to them. You don't have that privilege just because you're Abraham's seed. If the Jews didn't get away with sinning against God, neither will you.

Remember that you are a grafted wild branch while they are the natural branches.

Romans 11:17 If some of the branches have been broken off, and you, though a wild olive shoot, have been grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing sap from the olive root, 18 do not consider yourself to be superior to those other branches. If you do, consider this: You do not support the root, but the root supports you. 19 You will say then, “Branches were broken off so that I could be grafted in.” 20 Granted. But they were broken off because of unbelief, and you stand by faith. Do not be arrogant, but tremble. 21 For if God did not spare the natural branches, he will not spare you either.

22 Consider therefore the kindness and sternness of God: sternness to those who fell, but kindness to you, provided that you continue in his kindness. Otherwise, you also will be cut off. 23 And if they do not persist in unbelief, they will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again. 24 After all, if you were cut out of an olive tree that is wild by nature, and contrary to nature were grafted into a cultivated olive tree, how much more readily will these, the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree!

Who is hating whom?

So, if I convert to Christ as a Jew do I receive the small part of land promised to Abraham or the whole earth and heaven promised to Christ?

Oh good: We agree the Jews are cut off from God’s kingdom because of their unbelief of Christ.

It should also be noted that the natural branches do not nourish the grafted branches. The root, Who is Christ, nourishes the whole tree. If one is not in Christ they are not in the tree.

Also, is it probable that 144,000 natural descendants of Abraham have already received Christ to date? If so, when did Christ stop counting?

What does that have to do with your current responsibility to God as a gentile believer? You're not a Jew converting to Christianity so you don't even need to consider it.

Oh good: We agree the Jews are cut off from God’s kingdom because of their unbelief of Christ.

It should also be noted that the natural branches do not nourish the grafted branches. The root, Who is Christ, nourishes the whole tree. If one is not in Christ they are not in the tree.
I thought that was a given? Why does this need to be pointed out? It still doesn't give you privilege to have that unrepentant, ungodly attitude toward them. You too have unbelief that God doesn't discipline His people who are unrepentant, otherwise you'd not despise Israeli Jews.

Also, is it probable that 144,000 natural descendants of Abraham have already received Christ to date? If so, when did Christ stop counting?
Oh really? If the 144,000 are already here, then we should be in the great tribulation RIGHT NOW. So NO they haven't received Jesus to date. That is such an absolutely insane statement to make.

I'm really not surprised that you reacted the way you did. This is in God's hands now.

Wars are also fought if the land has strategic value in the way of commerce or for military purposes.
Or due to the fact that Israel was
divided by two tribes. One was Dan the other doesnt come to mind right now. They fought for power and then the decendants of Esau wanted in also. Many other battles after that. By 1948 the land was pretty much barren. Now it is replentished.
