The perfect is in the neuter gender. It is not in reference to Christ Himself,
So what is it?
When Paul wrote those words?
Were the Scriptures completed?

"Complete" could be analogous to "perfect" in the thinking of that day.
It is so easy to be deceived if one runs with his emotions and excitement.
Why don't witches throw down their amulets and turn to Christ?
Because the feeling of power they receive is addictive.

Jesus must expose their hearts now. For it would spell disaster in the Resurrection if he promoted such souls to positions of authority over others.

Matthew 7:21-22... Have you not seen what is written there?
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven,
but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many
will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons
in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’
They did so while using the name of Jesus!
