Agreed!
I will only state this in my defense:
A Believer in God is always judging if something is the Truth of God. It does not mean the Source is being judged, it means what comes forth from the Source is being judged.
Even the Gift of Discernment is in a continual 24/7/365 mode of judgement. You know if you are surrounded by like Believers or those who deny Christ, you can tell how they talk or present their side of the facts whether it is truthful or not, you are able to sense danger and safety, you are always being alerted by the Holy Spirit through judgement.
But even in a discussion using different Versions of the Bible, there is what was actually said, written, thought, and then there is the Version that was interpreted. And we know this process to how the Old Testament was originally written in Hebrew and some Aramaic (Tanakh/Torah), then it was translated into the Greek Septuagint, then Jerome's Latin, and finally King James' English. And to think no translation errors were made, especially since the writers of KJV Bible admitted several major issues within their translation. And to ignore such fact, when more original and truer Sources exist, is where the Pride Factor is most obvious.
