I would say that our spirits are fully sanctified at regeneration. We receive a new perfect spirit sealed with the Holy Spirit and impervious to defilement and corruption. But our souls and bodies are not fully sanctified. They are appointed as belonging now to God, set apart covenantally; but we need to keep surrendering them, to God for them to remain set apart practically. So, yes. in a sense we are sanctified when we receive a new spirit; but we
