This reply is epitome of one who does not actually trust JESUS.......man........you are a joke
I am serious about this. Teaching that is as far removed from scripture as yours is, and which causes good people to be led astray, should not be allowed on a Christian Forum. Will the owner of the site please take note. You have a public duty. Thank you.

Well when you state "is doing" I see that as a reference to sanctification.

So once again you are being contrary or hard to understand.
Oh I get it. You are confusing Christ finishing the work of faith and equating it to only sanctification? Is that it?

Some believe they are saved and are not. That is why the Bible tells us how we can know we are saved.

I know I’m saved because of what God has done and is doing in my life. Including granting me the gift of faith, which is something I could not have had apart from Him
Are these your words?
Discern today we have a failure to communicate I think.

Nothing is certain in this life regardless of what the OSAS people say.
More proof that you do not know the bible.....Solomon said numerous things are certain in Ecclesiastes....carry on with posting and proving that you don't know what you are talking about.....

Not to mention.....JESUS, JOHN. PAUL, PETER etc....along with Solomon

The Bible does not say to divorce your second wife and go back to the first, so no, you are not in adultery and yes you are saved. ( probably)

You cannot go back and fix everything, neither do you need to. Love your second wife. Your first marriage and divorce are covered, imo
Um yes I am technically in adultry

Stop excusing sin

If you are, ( and I don’t think it) what is the scriptural instruction. It is not to leave your current wife. That would be compounding the problem.

This would qualify as something you just have to accept. You cannot change it without compounding the issue. So this does not qualify as blithely living in sin.

I owe people money that are dead and I dont know where there children are. Am I living in sin. No, God forgives both debts and trespasses

God knew what he was doing when he made woman <--the proverbial chink in our armour HAHAHAHAHAHHA MANY a Godly man has struggled with the love of women.......WOMEN, lots of pretty women <---said Def Leppard
We struggle, but the fact we struggle shows we have a heart that desires to obey. Otherwise we would t be all that concerned about it

So why are you carrying around guilt for something that’s forgiven, and that you cannot change.

God doesn’t want you to do anything but move forward. The past is behind you.

How can you move forward. Not by fixing something you can’t fix and that is already forgiven.

So those who agree with his post. You think he’s living in adultery? Wow! I would never say that

He thinks he’s living in adultery due to a second marriage. I don’t think he is. Neither should you others

I agree that he has presented a valid counter to your argument/position .... his example proves why you are wrong.

So you think he’s living in adultery. Wow, amazing.

It is not willful sin, because he does not have an option biblically to leave his wife and go back to his first. So I guess he has to be celibate and force his wife into celibacy, to avoid adultery. Or is adultery permissible in special cases

Wow, you guys are amazing. No, no and no. This does not prove anything except you guys don’t think biblically

Not what I stated at all.... my goodness.
It is your position from which one must draw the conclusion of adultery....not his.
