Amen Rose.....you know what really helped me in my life....taking the above reference you made and applying it to the two following principles...
a. I never worry about something that has not happened yet
b. I never worry about that which is beyond my control
This really alleviated a lot of stress when I put these two principles in my life......

Of course, I wouldn't expect a Judaizer/Pharisee such as yourself to accept the fact one cannot earn what is freely given.

Amen.....I mean really.....one must be as dense as lead, just plain ignorant or wilfully reject the fact that both faith and salvation are gifts from God......the first being given in measure to every man except JESUS CHRIST and the latter being freely given at the moment of belief......
