And the Sovereign shall answer and say to them, ‘Truly, I say to you, in so far as you did it to one of the least of these My brothers, you did it to Me. He shall then also say to those on the left hand, ‘Go away from Me, accursed ones, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his messengers for I was hungry and you gave Me no food, I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink, I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, was naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me. Giv it up His. Non of those passages prove your point. A person is not saved by works period. James did not contradict paul. If he did. We may as well throw scripture out. It Is useless.

Amen......and quoting assertions made against Israel in Malachi also has no bearing....none of us have said it is wearisome to serve the Lord......grasping at straws <---they sell boxes of straws at Sams....like 3000 for $25.......

I never said people were saved by works. YHWH saves, His mecy towards us roconciles us, without this we would be lost.

I was replying to this thought:

Therefore we conclude and man is justified by faith without works.
James 2:26, "For just as the body without the spirit is dead, so the faith without works is dead also."

Faith without works is dead.

It is faith that saves (YHWH actually saves) but faith allows YHWH to save us.

if that "faith" does not have works it is not faith. I know or think you both agree with this in word but as soon as anyone says "faith without works is dead" you both say "lawyer!!! pharisee!!! justfied by works!!!"

yet James says it and the fact that you both freak out when someone quotes it makes me believe you don't want to believe it.

It does have bearing, if one had faith they will serve Yah, none are perfect but they will seek to serve Yah and to some degree they will.

The one that does not do this does not have faith.

Lol. And?

We say the same thing to. Yet you appose us at every turn. So I guess if your say it it is ok, but if we say it we are evil doers?

Your focused to much on works. Paul spent his ministry trying to show people that the law is not what saves a person or sanctifies them, yet all you do is post law. And we try to show you the truth, and you use james on us, how else should we respond>?

Where ever you have been, whatever is in the way, look forward always, keeping in sight the fruitful blessings.

Keeping a guarded Heart, boast in the Holy One of Yisrael (Christ).
In Him we are given such a heart with ten curtains woven as family knit in Loving Kindness.

Yes they will. By loving others. By serving others. By not serving themselves.

Yes, Thats where you err.

You say faith plus works.

we say faith PRODUCES works.

HUGE difference.

Then when we say you say faith plus works. You get mad and say we mistrepresent you.

No....we do not freak....we oppose your contextual use of it.......it speaks to MEN being able to see the invisible faith that JUSTIFIES BEFORE GOD WITHOUT WORKS......it has NOTHING TO DO WITH BEING JUSTIFIED BEFORE GOD.....Jesus was clear....those who have believed ARE JUSTIFIED BEFORE GOD, SAVED, SEALED AND SANCTIFIED ETERNALLY and they have already DONE THE WORKS OF THE FATHER.....He also said those who ACKNOWLEDGE ME BEFORE MEN WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGE BEFORE MY FATHER........ANYONE who states or uses the words MUST HAVE deny the above truths....NO WORK WILL EVER SAVE A MAN....ANY WORK or FRUIT produced is the result of the faith and salvation one already possesses in Christ....it is the result of CHRIST THROUGH US AS A LIVING SACRIFICE and 1 work or piece of fruit proves the tree........ <--the works of the FATHER....BELIEVE ON HIM WHOM HE SENT!

you do misrepresent when you say lawyer and phaisee.

faith does produce works, I agree.

saying faith + works is not saying faith does not produce works, you are splitting hairs on linguistics, come on really? Ohh you did't put a period you must beleive somethin else! LOL

James 2:22, "Do you see that the belief was working with his works, and by the works the belief was perfected?"

James 2:24, "You see, then, that a man is declared right by works, and not by belief alone."

James was one of the 3 main disciples and walke with Yahshua/Jesus daily, and was also His brother, He knew true doctrine well.

Hi H,

Do you not think faith will produce works?
What saves us?
What us evidence of faith?

Is it faith + works that saves?

Almost 2018 where I am. May our Father bless us all in the new year to come.
