Have you ever played slagging yourself off? You put all your worst traits and laugh at
who you are? It is a humbling experience but quite therapeutic. The other side which
is often hard is to put up all your good points and actually value them. This is often
the things God is building in your life, and we always need more of these.

Is a man drowning or learning to tread water?
Is putting yourself in need walking in faith or being irresponsible?
Is spending time on cc of value, or just endless disputes or learning how to ignore
the arrows of the enemy and just praise Him for what He has done in all of us.

When I used to go from church to church, anyone who brought praise to God,
amen, an oasis of life and light. The jewels of Christ are often hidden in pots
of clay, frail, flawed and not that robust, but boy this is precious stuff.

Jesus is so gracious, so wonderful. This struck me today

You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit
John 15:16

God chose us, wow. The Lord of all picked us up, dusted us down, helped us stand, and hugged
us, embraced us and told us He is our Father, and Christ is son, our Saviour, our friend. That
makes me cry with joy, what a King, what a Saviour.

So I will do all He asks if I can, if I can see, if I can know, if I can speak, if I can share.
I know this is your heart to, because we are brothers and sisters together, this close to our
Lord. Hallelujah. If I could I would wash your feet and embrace you also, because that is
how much He loves us, and so we should love one another. Embarassing, full of tears,
personal, close yet still individuals, yes, but that is who we are.

You have no ability or humility to admit your lies and error....don't engage me as I am tired of your dishonesty, lies, misrepresentation of the truth and false pretense! AND quote the whole quote so people can see your deception.
God bless you, I have nothing more I can say. Irony, is you are engaging and continuing
so you cannot keep up with your own ideas. lol.

The Lord will decide between us. You say I am being dishonest, lying, missrepresenting
things, and have a false pretence. Why? Why? Why?

The difference between us is can we walk with Jesus in purity, holiness and purity or not.
You and are are men, who live on planet earth and do the same things day in day out.
You say we cannot, I say we can.

Is there more to it? Or are you saying I am evil from the pit of hell, wicked, empty, a
hard hearted pharisee who cares nothing for justice, faithfulness and mercy.
Well I preach love, desire justice for the poor, faithfulness in life, love and families,
and want forgiveness for those who are caught in sin and crime, redemption and freedom
through Christ. So please show me my failure, show me my emptiness, my sorrow, my
lack of knowledge of Christ and His love, or the cross and forgiveness, or righteousness
and grace.

But if it is your hatred of your past, then I counsel forgiveness of those who have hurt
you, and take it to Jesus and get healing and the world will change for you.

You cannot stop the Kingdom or the word of God. It is eternal and will grow and progress
despite all you try to do to stop it. God bless you, and may the Lord bless you in your heart
with every spiritual blessing, In Jesus's Name, Amen.

Dear reader,

Some will always make enemies, because it is their position to have someone to blame.
Jesus calls us to see His Kingdom sees the possible and works for it, ignoring obstructions.

A hot knife through butter is the word of God. Amen

Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;

dc - lol. In the world of scripture sin is sin.

You do not like being told you are rebelling against God by continuing in sin.
But by your own confession that is what you are doing, and to do otherwise is
impossible.

Now in my interpretation, you are doing exactly this. Why are you getting so annoyed,
what matters to you is Jesus forgives you all the time, no matter how small or big your

sins are. Do you hate me repeating what you believe, because it sounds bad, or wrong?
Peter what is sin to you?

You say DC is rebelling and continuing in sin.

Why do you have a problem that DC and others and me believe that Jesus forgives all of our sins all of the time?

What did Jesus say sin is?

So please for me respond in simple words for a simple man.

If you want to quote bible verses then do so but give your interpretation on them.

For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.

King David was a puzzel to me

He faked insanity, coned the philistines he was fighting for them and sneaked off and wiped out
whole villages on the side, so no would know he worked for Israel all along.

Now he stayed faithful to God, but knew his enemies.
In truth people will take sides, and just be partisan, and get it wrong, because they are not into
God at all, just some clan operation.

It does my head in a bit to have people so apparently on fire for Christ yet so antagonistic in
speech and action, it is shocking. But praise God, He sends all sorts to help us grow in love and
grace, and so many will just invent stuff, to create a stink, the octopus ink defence, lol.

He has no idea who I am, how I live, what I do or don't do....yet makes the judgment against me that I continue to rebel and live in sin......and he wonders why he gets called out on it.......

Thank God that Jesus has taken upon Himself the penalty for sin!

I wonder why people complain about that. Do they have no sins to forgive?

You know....if one can show me I sinned or failed or made a mistake I will gladly admit it, apologize and try to do better....I mail fail many times, but am always willing to say, you know what your right and I am wrong....this guy has NO ability to acknowledge the truth and or admit his error...he just digs his heels in and weaves a deeper web of deception, embellished quotes and misdirection to take the heat off of himself......

Sin is caused by us because we are hurt, alone and want revenge, anything to get away
from the prison of life and its constraints. We loose the ability to see the harm we do, we
just lash out, destroy to make ourselves a place.

Jesus is the solution that speaks to our hearts, that heals the hurts, that calms the sea,
that stops the cause of our sin.

So why would sin still be an issue if the cross meets your heart? Why is there a struggle
if you are one with Christ, real communion, real understanding of what love is.

Years ago I would not have been so strident about these realities, but now it is my solemn
conviction. So to compromise with sin is to deny Christ in your heart and to justify the
need to continue to hurt others and have revenge.

So an unbelieving heart, one who does not open up and submit to Christs healing, where
honesty and the light does not shine, resides and continues in sin.

I know why you are as you are, and why you hold to what you hold to.
But Christ has so much more to offer you. This is why the cross is our place of healing.

No he did not stay faithful to God

He broke every one of the 10 commandments.

What about Abraham, the man faith considered righteous

Genesis 20:2
Now Abraham said of Sarah his wife, “She is my sister.” And Abimelech king of Gerar sent and took Sarah.

Abraham lied, didn't fully follow through the promise of God by his actions in this circumstance.

You me DC, Jimbo, Ladybud, Depleted and everyone else whom places their faith in JESUS are the promised offspring of Abraham WARTS AND ALL

The gospel of the grace of God in Christ's finished work will always be a stumbling block to the humanistic natural mind of man's belief system. It is built off the eating of the knowledge of good and evil which is the world's belief system which the serpent beguiled Eve and Adam into bringing into this world.

The righteousness of Christ which is a gift by grace through faith in Christ alone will always be a stumbling block to our self-righteousness/works-righteousness belief system.

There is a world's wisdom and then there is the wisdom from God. Christ is made unto us first - wisdom. Christ is the wisdom of God.

1 Corinthians 1:30 (NASB)
[SUP]30 [/SUP] But by His doing you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption,

Get this wisdom from God which is only found in Christ wrong - and we will never understand righteousness, sanctification and redemption. We will be forever trying to create and maintain these things ourselves by our own self-effort and human will-power.

The part in red is totally and absolutely not true. Sin is caused by the fallen world we live in, and the original sin was brought in by satan. He still tempts us to sin today, BUT we have the free will and the power to choose to do it or not. Maybe pain causes us to lash out in anger or revenge, but IMHO, sin doesn't. I'm sorry that you cannot accept the truth, which is that after being saved, Christians DO still sin every now and then. For those with an addiction, they most likely sin every single day.. But to say that Christians NEVER sin again after they're saved, is absolutely false and anyone who holds to that idea is a sorely deluded liar..
