Too late Meggido...it showed up on the side.

And loveme...the same judgement comes back on us when we accuse...not meekness this way.

I don't think any of us are ready for the Lords coming. But, my opinion only.

In what way is it boast if someone asks you what have you done for the lord? Doesnt make sense, it would be different if you yourself was going around bragging about what you have done for the lord.
They are engaging in typical and intentional misdirection to protect Bully DCON because he could NOT give an answer......

You are not boasting in himself and neither was I, someone asked what we did for the Lord and we told the group and now it gets intentionally spiritual, and silly because not one of them can answer any truth beyond...sinner saved by grace..

John and Charles Wesley taught this false doctrine. They were called on it by George Whitefield. Whitefield exposed many who professed to be sinless, to the chagrin of the Wesley's. Most are not aware of how very ugly the Wesley's were toward Whitefield. They were rascals to say the least, dogging his steps where he preached to lead others astray, taking over orphan homes he had established, turning people against him, publishing sermons against him. In other words they sowed discord and caused much division.Oh, and many of the hymns of Charles Wesley were written against election and predestination, a biblical doctrine they repudiated and outright rejected. Yep, they rejected this biblical doctrine. Sad.
This isn't what I've read. They had conflicts, but their relationship was restored and John Wesley even presided over Whitefield's funeral. I think we all need to be careful when repeating comments like this.

Because you believe in Calvinism, maybe you should follow Whitefield's example by loving those who love the Lord no matter what their doctrinal beliefs are. I'm not a Calvinist, but I love the Lord with all my heart. Maybe you consider me not saved, but because you believe it doesn't make it so.

The Wesley's and Whitefield came to an agreement. Whitefield was more like the evangelist and the Wesley's were the ones that discipled those who responded and were born of the Spirit.

In case you're interested in reading what really happened.

My opinion of Magneta and her high minded tone... in regard to the conversation is not corrected here. Lovely scripture though.
You do not make a good start, to speak with such a forked tongue.

Hi Meggido...I have re-read and i think i am seeing that because we have the Spirit of God, then it is God who reveals His mysteries to us...There are many who are out there speaking from their own wisdom which is foolishness, but when i do listen to people who say they are preaching Gods word, then because i have the Holy Spirit in me, God will reveal His truth to me from what i am reading...I won`t be judged by God for judging others if i see something wrong, for it will be the Holy Spirit who is showing me these things...Do i need to re-read, have i seen what you want to want me see:confused:, if not i will go back again...xox...
You go it all sister...good stuff....nope you do not need to re-read it...you see the truth.....keep on keeping on

I was being honest.. you adhere to the words of the Messiah when it comes to the destruction of a man but I have yet to see you share them to teach we should be perfect and righteous.... and that seems high Minded to me...

I complained to the Lord one time about my husband. Last time too. :)

I asked Him why I had to learn certain things concerning behavior but it didn't seem to me that He wasn't correcting him.

He said this..."because I didn't require it of him".

Think about it.

Hi EG,I can't recall where Jesus told Peter his sin was forgiven.Yes i agree he doesn't mention is sin of denial, I can't see that he does either.Peter a broken man then we find the conversation "Do you love me?First two times Jesus uses Agape and Peter responds Phileo.Third time Jesus uses Phileo and Peter upset and says "You know I Phileo you"Peter denied Jesus 3 times and on the third occasion Jesus looks at PeterLuke 22:60-6260 But Peter said, “Man, I do not know what you are saying!”Immediately, while he was still speaking, the rooster crowed. 61 And the Lord turned and looked at Peter. Then Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how He had said to him, “Before the rooster crows, you will deny Me three times.” 62 So Peter went out and wept bitterly.I am sure Jesus would have seen the heart of Peter at that point. It seems to me 3 denials and then 3 questions by Jesus. So I can't see that Jesus said to him "Your sins are forgiven" But I do think that when Jesus said to Peter "Feed my sheep" then Peter understood what true forgiveness is and how it works. The Peter who asked Jesus "How many times must I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me?Just my thoughts brother.
Hi Bill and EG,

Actually you just needed to go a few verses earlier.

“Simon, Simon, behold, Satan has demanded permission to sift you like wheat; but I have prayed for you, that your faith may not fail; and you, when once you have turned again, strengthen your brothers.” John 22:31-32

Jesus prayed for Peter before it all happened. Jesus said that Peter would turn again.......meaning repentance - and the Lord forgives repentance. So we see it all happening before the incident even took place. And Jesus encourages him that he still has his gifting of apostleship that he was called to and that he indeed would strengthen his brothers once he repented.

Last night one of the girls we mentor in our Ministry , preached to 186 women at a Friday night live event[ similar to Celebrate Recovery] in a church we minister in. The harvest came to 72 souls and many were touched, encouraged and edified by the preaching of the word...

and you?
What a precious lady, willing to stand up and preach to 186 women.
Amazing to see a harvest.

Amazing to see people touched and encouraged.

When the Gospel of Jesus is preached people will respond.
We all want to walk with Jesus and be like him.

God deals with us as individuals. He knows what's best for us.
It is he that conforms us to the image of Jesus, it is he that refines us through his purifying fire.
Yes we all have dross in our lives that needs dealing with, stuff that hinders our relationship.

But if we earnestly seek relationship his love, passion, compassion, correction will win the day.

Brother. Since you hold yourself out as a Pastor or such, and since you have numerous times disregarded loving correction in applying 1 Corinthians 13, I sadly felt the need to report several of your ugly posts.

I know others may have said ugly things to you, but by presenting yourself as a minister, you should be held to greater responsibility.

Please don't react in anger and vengeance, but prayerfully consider if what I say is true.

If you wish to be perfected in Christ, you need to understand what it means first. I have posted this many times, as well as having spoken extensively on how it is Christ's righteousness which we put on. For by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy. We are set apart unto good works which He prepared for us before we were even born.
