John sees Jesus walk in the midst of the Lampstands in Heaven (Rev 1:13). Do you not agree.
Mat 24:24 :Jesus tells us "Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh."
While Jesus was telling the Jewish people this, it leaves an insight to us.
He finishes this chapter and starts the next chapter with the parable of the ten virgins. The content tells me HE is talking about those who are not looking for His return will be left behind. As I stated the 5 foolish virgins had to get oil because they did not have enough. Foolish YES but they took their eye off of the Ball. They were not watching for Jesus to come during the time they were getting oil.
After this verse---Do you now think He was NOT trying to tell us something...????? Or Maybe this verse
Mat 24:36..."But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only."
Again, this is true for the Rapture. The 2nd Advent of Jesus Christ, we pretty well know when He will come.... I would guess if you are still here during that time, and the armies of the world are uniting to make war against Jesus Christ. LOL So-Sad then you will have a pretty good idea as to the day(s) Jesus will come in the Clouds to earth, where every eye shall see HIM vs the Rapture, where only the true Christians will see him.
So-Sad but you get the idea........For 2000 + years people have been waiting, believing and looking for the appearance of Jesus Christ to come to the clouds and remove those from the Church Age that were in the Grace of God, both Dead and the Living. I too could go to my grave believing in those words that someday the Rapture will happen. Either way, I am still win. I will be with my LORD.
You should read Mat 24: 24 to the end of Chapter. Rem..... We through Rev and other prophecies throughout the OT know what has to happen before the 2nd advent of Jesus Christ. We DO NOT Have such scripture for the Rapture. It is Imminent--It could happen at any time.......again:
"Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh."
Oh and one other point...Read Rev. 4&5 about the song the elders sing. They will tell you who they are!
Good luck and may your days be blessed.
