I've Quoted a clear verse . AGAIN .

SEALED .....UNTO ....THE ....DAY ....YOU ..MESS UP .? TILL YOU SIN ?

NO SEALED ... UNTO ...THE ....DAY ....OF ....REDEMPTION.

PREDESTINED .....TO .....THE .....ADOPTION ...ROM 8.23 ..EPH 1.5
i just quoted all his other teachings in context to that. you embrace a doctrine of devils denying freedom from sin in Christ

Uh O!

‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭4:1‬ ‭
But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons.

Romans‬ ‭11:22‬ ‭
Behold then the kindness and severity of God; to those who fell, severity, but to you, God’s kindness, if you continue in His kindness; otherwise you also will be cut off.
‭‭
There's those knee Jerk responses to texts with no reguard to context.
“Depart from the faith” (vs. 1). This is the faith as a body of revealed truth, as the word is used in Titus 1:1, 4; 3:15; Colossians 1:23; and Philippians 1:27.
Unlike Catholicism and other cults within Christendom its not about 'keeping yourself by works and sacraments.

And Romans is talking about Gentiles not individuals .

AGAIN A believer today is SEALED ....UNTO ...THE ....DAY ....OF .....REDEMPTION. Clear verse .. no ambiguity..And the bible is not fighting with itself. You don't get to undo a clear verse by going to a verse that with a superficial glance you think rules out a clear verse which is directly about soteriology.

So one verse cancels out another? How can you be sealed Unto the day of redemption and yet not be sealed unto the day of redemption at the same time ?

We are told many things about this, but what is the bottom line?

We cannot be saved through obedience to the law.

In Gelasian’s 2: 19 “For through the law I died to the law so that I might live to God.

Romans 6: 2 “How shall we, that dead to sin, live any more therein”.

In Matthew 3;2 we are told that the ministry of Christ centered on repentance. As Matthew spoke of Christ beginning His ministry he said consisted of: Matt:2 “Repent ye; for the kingdom of heaven is in hand”. If we live in a state of repentance, we live by the perfection of Christ, wanting to be sinless like Christ.

Christ told us to be perfect as the Lord is perfect. We know that is impossible except through Christ. Can we accept the sin in our life as OK and still have Christ within?

We are told that if we claim perfection, we lie. Yet all our sins are forgiven through Christ and we can live as if are perfect.

We know that there is no sin except blasphemy that we can’t be forgiven for. We also know we can depend completely on the promises of the Lord, and we are promised forgiveness if we repent and ask.

What is the bottom line from all these?
The KJV 1611 edition of the Bible clearly stresses the requirement for repentance, baptism and complying with God's commandments as righteous living. ..."until the end".....

Very interesting thank you for your response. Yes I have noticed all people end up continuationist unless taught differently beforehand.

Are you married or are you like Paul, a single guy in full time ministry? Glad to see it is accepted, in my country often times people look down on single people.

You are blessed to have such wonderful people around you, what are you training for in bible college?
I am in full time ministry training in a church as a pastor intern. I am also a full time bible college student. I will be licensed as an Assemblies of God minister in April. I have another year of college and must serve in ministry for two years as a licensed minister before I am eligible for ordination. Technically I will be qualified to pastor a church after April but I am required to complete requirements for ordination if I do take a position as a pastor after April. The AOG does not require ministers to be married and has never interpreted Paul's instructions about being blameless to mean one must be married.

I am under no vows to be a Eunuch for the Kingdom of God. I prefer to stay single at this time as I do think I can study more as a result. However I am a realist and I know how quickly I could change my mind if the right woman came along some day.

And I whole heartedly agree about being blessed to be surrounded by sold out soul winners. Every day I encounter the blessing that is God's method of receiving from the giftings that are in other members of the body and how much I need them.

Ah yes, wolves in sheep's clothing. Sensual, having not the Spirit, but having men's persons in admiration because of advantage. Its possible and highly probable that today they are not only ruling over the flock but the flock is nothing more than a pack of wolves all feasting on their own deception.
WOW. That is powerful writing.

This question makes me think someone has been influenced by one of the many .....slanted new age religion bibles.... published since the 1960's.

The KJV 1611 edition of the Bible clearly stresses the requirement for repentance, baptism and complying with God's commandments as righteous living. ..."until the end".....

Christ did not die for the sins of Satan, just for the sins of those that his Father gave him.
Not sure what the one has to do with the other...

You claim we're too depraved for God to reason with us without first cleaning us up a bit, but over and over we see where He's well able to reason with Satan about stuff like how far to go with Job.

Well for me praise GOD man does not have the finial say in this. I do believe 1st John was address some that thought you don't need to repent or they never sinned. Yet its still true we must confess our sins. I think we confuse "behold the lamb of God that takes away the SIN of the world vs sins. Yet there is no sin that made it over under what ever the blood of Jesus. I love my kids. They will always be mine my love for them will not stop and they are always family. Yet they can still hurt me.

And its also how HE sees us. To the Father we are right now holy and righteous because we believe in Jesus Christ. Its not what WE did or do. He did it all. Its HIS righteousness not ours. So we don't have to answer to GOD for how some other believer believes. We work out our own salvation praise GOD glory to JESUS!

There was one 'condition 'to recieve Jesus and that was through faith. Now you have recieved Jesus don't preach that you now save yourself .

" Jesus said " has to be one of the most abused phrases in Christendom. Its regularly said with no reguard to what ,when and who Jesus is speaking to .
On the other hand it is must unbecoming of a person who has given themselves to Christ to ask Christ "to I HAVE to do this" and "I don't wanna".

So the verses you approve are the clear verses?

Seems clear that osas isn’t real. People can and will fall away from the faith..the Spirit tells us this is explicitly.

How is that possible when the bible is clear that a believer is sealed by the Holy Spirit unto the day of redemption. Hes predestined to it . ?

Then you must read the bible as if certain parts are not true for the believer today . When you read ' sealed unto the day of redemption ' you must first think " praise God for this wonderful assurance " ...oh but wait there s a verse here that says something to the contrary...Ok I need to change that verse to fit this one "
oh wait there is another that says ' nothing can separate you from the love of God ' .." praise God for this wonderful truth ..." oh hang on I've just seen another verse that casts doubt on this . Ok I'll undo that verse so it fits this one " ...and on and on ...You cannot trust the bible like this .

Which verse says " give yourself to christ' ?
since you asked....
Romans 12
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God
